And read my post again, I touched on a good few of the reasons - the only other really notable one to mention in regards to early European history is the upheld Catholic belief that Jews were responsible for Jesus' death (and the distributed art/literature which generally depicted Jews in league with Satan in some regards - from a fairly early date )

Funnily enough, when it started to get out of control (That is if you don't consider the slaughter of thousands of Jews in the path of the first crusade out of control) around the first plague, it was the Pope who rescinded the church position and pushed for protection - but it was too far gone by then.

Of course there are Jewish lead groups who push agenda. Just as there are organized groups of just about every religion, color, etc.. You aren't saying anything that isn't common knowledge. However, you are confirming why a lot of Jewish people assume people who are critical of Israel to be anti Semites.
