We call them Pennycostals, and The Assembly of God also do this.
I remember the first time I was invited, the regulars stood with their arms up and started speaking gibberish. I thought, "I gotta get outta here, these people are possessed or something." The girl that brought me reassured me that nothing was wrong, that it happened all the time.

Thanks for the welcome!

A little background...I'm a follower of Yeshua and Torah pursuant. Not a Torah Nazi, but not a fan of Churchianity either because of all the errors and man made doctrine. I absolutely love Yeshua.

The partiality issue is interesting to me. And just off the top of my head, "I will love whom I love", and King David, with all his foibles, is a man after Yah's own heart....Why? Because David was quick to repent and zealous in his love for YHVH. Yah shows favor to those whom He loves.

But I'm going to read the entire thread. Appreciate you putting it up, brother...And I'm a sister. :smile:

Jesus Christ is the ONLY way (John 14:6). You would know if you read the Bible.

But it seems you didn't, or one of the false bible translations (NIV or any other version than the authentic king james 1611 bible).


I think you preach far too many quotes, cast not pearls before swine.
Yes my fellow brothers are swine in here. You should not feed them.

Those who chose to be swine are swine, cast not the whole bible in front of their eyes; for that is disrespect for God's word.


You also put buddha into the question, but buddha religion is satanic. Though Buddha has some wisdom. Be careful not mixing buddhism and christianity.

I want to try to be clear. I believe the Hebrew scriptures are inspired of YHVH. I don't believe that the English translation of the Latin translation and the Greek translation are. And I also know enough about language to know that one cannot take things at face value but must ascertain the culture and the meanings of idiomatic phrases in the original languages to begin to have a clue. Heavy on the "begin".

So, the KJV is NOT the inerrant Word. The Word that is INERRANT is Yeshua the Messiah.

Yet, if you are an English speaking person, no problem with reading and learning from the KJV. But don't worship it and idolize that translation above your relationship with the Creator.

What if, there was no book, KJV, or whatever.
And say a person still went inside themselves, and worked every day to bring forth the Light of Christ.
Does it really matter what book they learned from?
Or that the Logos and Christ Consciousness is within them now?

To me, the paper it's written and who edited it is pointless and irrelevant to His message. If that were the case we may as well Thomas Jefferson's version, "Jesus' words only," but we always need more information.

Seeking from a true heart in love of the Truth is the most important thing.

I know scripture very well. But I do not know everything. And also, I continue to learn from scripture.

Hope that helps a little bit. I wouldn't know where I erred but for scripture. You know...The mind can both deceive and clarify, right?

Yup, that's why we must silence it.
The mind goes by many names in many books Jaberwocky, The Wyrm, but my favorite would have to be the Hydra from the Hercules myth.
Because like like the Hydra, once you cut the head off and silence a thought--two more seems to pop up and take its place immediately.

Therefore, we must also pray for help in our endevours. Have faith, and keep our imaginations whole, pure, and without fear.

It truly is within the heart, and we must make work to reside within the sacred heart.

No worries, I'm horrible with scriptures too. The only one I can tell you right off the top of my head is, "Be still and know that I am God"
Which to me tells me to be still, and get to meditating so that I may "know thyself".

I'm currently studying the Gospel of Mary.
