Misunderstanding leads to division. Division as Shroomism said leads to confliction. Rich vs. poor, red vs. gray, paper vs plastic.

Seek an open mind that has a core of only understanding, and acceptance and I believe you will be happy. It really is not as hard as it sounds. It just takes time, a happy smile, and a few tons of flax.

negativity is a symptom of depression. Depression is free and it seems very easy to slip into, no effort is needed to sink lower and lower. It is as though you are being carried there. You can bring positivty into play while you are depressed but it has to be motivated, it needs effort. You have to keep working on it.

Depressions opposite has opposite properties. It is not free, you do not just sink into happiness, it takes effort, it takes mental work.

Positivity is not a sympton of happiness more happiness is a sympton of positivity.
