That way the power stays with me. Chakras?! Come on. I'm out to define it for myself, you should be too. Fill in the missing growth. I'm not about to build on top of systems that don't work. Time to put the proof back in the pudding. Everything upside down.
you have to understand these subtle bodies, chakras, ect cannot be percieved by anyone but an experienced meditator since normal consciousness does not allow us acess to our energetic centers and pranic pathways (chi channels). obivously you are not one of these people so you will just have to go on what others give you as a way of mapping or representing chakras until you are advanced enough in meditation to shut your mind up enough and actually "see" these centers and say to yourself "oh so thats what they were talking about". chakras are not something physical, they are purely energetic, and we can only make representations of them which are similar to wheels or vorteces. Many experienced meditators from countless cultures have left us diagrams and charts and they are all similar if not identical and every one of these cultures has the essential notion of the life force or chi, kundalini, prana, mana, ect but we will call it bio-electricity. even the earth has its own bio-electricity and has major points or chakras where its energy lines converge and form a vortex. you can find these yourself but many ancients have already done that and built monuments or structures to mark them.
now if you ask for validation of these systems the most i can give you is the modern day example of Chinese Acupuncture which is not a system that "dosent work". it is based on the same ancient principle of life force/bio-electricity in subtle cannels pathways which come to rest at many points called meridians. the major meridians are known as chakras and correspond with ones from many cultures including the ones referred to in heiroglyphics on ancient egyptian temples.on average there are about 7 chakras or major centers but there are thousands of minor and lesser energy points. it is believed in acupuncture that illness is caused by blockages in the energetic centers obstructing the flow of life force and that by freeing these blockages miraculous healing can occur. i have even heard in holistic circles of people having cancer cured by a meticulous diet and much accupuncture to relieve the body of heavy blockages of energy which spur cell mutation known as cancer. of course pharmacuetical companies will not tell you this because they need cancer pantients to be dependent on their prescriptions which are not as effective and rake in millions$$ each year.
the pharoah was known to be able to project his CHI or life force from his body which is why you see the kobra on his head it smbolizes the kundalini. it's coming out of the pharoah's third eye because he can use it to project the life force and gain clairvoiyance and other poweres beyond the physical capability. the serpent symbolizes the life force in the mayan, sumerian, hindu, aboriginal and countless other belief systems because it describes the nature of the bio-electricity which is coiled at the base of the spine and rises up, curling like a snake through each chakra when roused. the kundalini is sexual in nature which makes it the most powerful energy, because this is the energy needed to reproduce life. this is the purpose of life, to raise the kundalini to the higher chakras and join your individual kundalini with the greater collective whole and experience pure bliss , samadhi. the creation returning to the creator. the completion of the cycle. you will experience its rising eventually after years of meditating or you can kind of cheat and use psychedelics. the point is to be ready when it happens and not grasp or avert to whatever sensation you feel. if the chakras are open and energy is flowing properly then the kundalini arising will be blissful. sometimes kundalini can arise spontaneously, and it can be uncomfortable if the chakras are not open and i know this from experience firsthand. kundalini is burning hot. HOT. its really not something to PLAY with. keep meditating, you will eventaully understand yourself.
