A1 or Heinz 57 for steak?

I'm a huge A1 guy, bold and spicy is my shit.  But sometimes, I've got an itch for some Heinz 57.

If you need either your doing it wrong.  Go get some grass fed cattle and cook it rare, then finish in butter. wow.  Steak.

I eat good beef and cook it properly.  Steak sauce is a compliment.  It's not like I'm drowning it in sauce.

If that isn't a perfectly cooked tenderloin, I'm not quite sure what is.

Do you not season your steak either?  What is the difference between a seasoning and a sauce?

All I season my steak with is salt and pepper

Then I pour about 1/4 of the bottle of A1 on it and its heaven

salt and montreal seasoning, let sit covered in refrigerator overnight, then thaw to room temp and cook in iron skillet= win
