Yeah Worcestershire sauce and a little salt -- that's all ya need if you have a good, quality piece of meat.

good steak shouldnt need some commercially produced sauce, maybe a little butter as it's nearing doneness

god i cant stand the worchester always thought it tasted too earthy, kinda like dirt water, i like a little salt, lots of pepper,brush on some olive or hemp oil and grill over charcoal.

i like to boil bone marrow, reduce it to a fine thick sauce, dip a nicely cooked ribeye into it, then bread it and deep fry briefly, then dip in the marrow sauce again and serve with mash potato's and marrow

ok ive never actually done any of that but it sounds delicious :wellhellothere:
