i was raised vege, i went through a meat eating phase, but the idea of dead animal flesh is just gross to me id eat it if had to, but theres no need, we have so many other choices for food, its not like we have to hunt for food and we will starve if we dont kill an animal
its just greedy to take a life for food you dont need, my opnion anyway. Glad too hear its organic though

I did something right!

Was this steak cooked around the time the picture was posted? Steak is second best to lobster. Obviously rare/blue is the way to go with a good cut. No steak sauce either.

I used to love steak. My father is a big fan off red meat and he cooked steaks all the time back when I was a kid.
Once I got to college I stopped eating it cause it was expensive, after a while of not eating steak you lose the taste for it.
I barely eat beef anymore. I went to a steakhouse, got myself a huge steak and I regretted it...
No more red meat for me apparently. Not sure if i'm doing the right thing, cause scientist are 50/50 on whether red meat is good or bad.
I eat birds now!

Love it.
I'm still a fan of grilling. Old school style. Lump charcoal, paper ignited, non of that modern "gas" shit. This reminds me that I need to get the grill out...

I want to try songbirds. I bet they taste delicious. The Romans considered them to be a delicacy.

I fucking love steak. Rare and bloody, Steak tar tar
Kobe veal is my favriote . Yep baby cows fed beer = pure
Also going to the butcher shop picking out a steak or steaks and having them grind it there will be one of the best burgers you'll ever have.
If you have real money go for a 50/50 blend of prime rib and fillet.
Just sirloin is good for burgers to just need to add some fat.
I saw the letting the meat rest I would say for at least 10-20 minutes with a piece of foil over it.

The 'sauce' on my steak is made from the juices the steak produced as it was cooked. There is no A-1 steak sauce on this or anything of the like, the only steak sauce on this is the sauce produced by the steak!
Also mushrooms and onions for nom factor.

That's because you haven't had a properly cooked high grade steak. T-Bones are low end, keep that in mind.
