A1 or Heinz 57 for steak?
    #19464040 -

I'm a huge A1 guy, bold and spicy is my shit.  But sometimes, I've got an itch for some Heinz 57.

I hate sauce on my steak. It takes away from the taste of the meat.

If you need either your doing it wrong.  Go get some grass fed cattle and cook it rare, then finish in butter. wow.  Steak.

If you use sauce like that on a steak you should just stick to cooking and eating hamburgers.

Fucking heathen.

Regular A1

This thread is another reminder to me (besides my steak for lunch) today that I am completely out of A1

:frown: my steak was not the same.

I eat good beef and cook it properly.  Steak sauce is a compliment.  It's not like I'm drowning it in sauce.

If that isn't a perfectly cooked tenderloin, I'm not quite sure what is.

Do you not season your steak either?  What is the difference between a seasoning and a sauce?

All I season my steak with is salt and pepper

Then I pour about 1/4 of the bottle of A1 on it and its heaven

No, I don't season my steak.

I season pork, if it's any consolation

I think we can all agree on one thing... The only way to enjoy a quality steak is with a top rated IPA to go with it.
