Shrooms tip over into flat. Whats wrong?

My casing shrooms ZStrain do not grow up, they grow flat. Only rare ones grow up. Is this normal?

I have FINALLY written up a couple teks as to how SHP has done things in the past. DISCLAIMER: This is not for the newbie to mycology, and not going to work for everyone! This is simply what works for one person when other teks and methods have failed miserably!

are you using proper lighting and 12/12 schedule.
once I had a few fall over near the edge where I didn't pat down the casing as tightly, although I was still in the trial and error stage it very well could have been unoticed contam that I chalked up to loose casing.

I also have a mexcan casing that did fine in the first flush but now the second has the same falling ones :/

I had the hum between 80 and 95%. Light is only on when i am in my bedroom. There is halogen light maybe 6 hours a day. also the casings are in a green house. should i install florensic light in there?

Some strains are barely attached to the substrate.  These are the only exception to the advice I give to cut mushrooms off at the base when harvesting rather than twist and pull.

As long as they're growing to proper size before falling over/off, don't sweat it.
