what is your god?

For balancing purposes.

My God is nature, the trees, the sky, the stars, the sun, the water..holy fuck..you ever look at the Sun and think how amazing it is. I mean shit, here we are walking around this giant ball of mass going about our lives, barely taking the time to think how fucking grateful we are for being alive just because of this burning ball of plasma 97 million miles away, that is not too far, but just close enough that we have ideal conditions. It sustains us, this massive ball of light.. I feel God in it's warmth, when it touches my forehead, I feel joy..love.. gratefullness for being alive. It sends impulses of energy through my body, and I feel connected.

My God is in loving relationships. When two or more people interact in harmony utlizing love and compassion, and recognizing the laws of free will and choice, that is my God. When someone does something to help someone, just out of pure compassion for human, nothing more, that is my God. When people come together, and put aside their stupid prejudices and biased views, and simply come together as human, raw, that is my god.

My God exists within every living thing. Sometimes, people try and cover it up with negative emotions, and illusions..but I can still see it. My God is everywhere... and I exist within it, as a part of it. It is a part of me.

My God is love, pure..compassionate, unconditional love. My God is interested in Creation and Evolution. My God is free will and sovereignity. My God is freedom..joy..laughter..

My God is the ineffable nothingness at the center of creation. I try and wrap my mind around it but all I'm doing is defining nothingness by its boundries...

God is the Center.
it is the fountainhead of love and inspiration.
it is all that has come before and all that is to come.
God is Now.

God is the fire that burns inside.
it is the fire that sheds the conquered soul.
it is the fire that cleanses from within.
God is light.

God is the singularity beyond the event horizon, forever out of sight.
Yet its influence pervades all things.
God is the immutable laws of physics.

God is on my mind.
God is the vastness.
God is in my mind.
God is the warm embrace of inner space.
God is on my side.

God is transcendence.
God is everything that isn't.
God is the infinite iteration of Love.

The God of which I speak is not the True God.
The God that can be known is not the True God.

God is unknowable, lest you know Madness.

Anyone's god is what they think about the most when they have free time on their hands.

So I guess for me it would be mushrooms.

my god is made up of those warm fuzzy moments of revelation that step into your head from out of nowhere and strip away all notions of loneliness and desperation and let you sit there and be a living breathing human on a living breathing planet.

i'd consider my god to be nature.

however... the thing that i think about most in my free time is running, but i consider this to be more of a way to get in touch with my true self, not too different from how i feel about meditation.

God is the moment where my thoughts come to a beautiful conclusion about life, and my emotion is there to hold on to it, I feel warmth and happiness knowing I am alive and here to expierence it all.

The sun and the infinite creator. I suppose freedom is my main mental focus. I need to be free of all these artificial rules and regulations imposed on me by other silly human beings. After I accomplish that I will reformulate my goals to perhaps give my view of freedom more depth.
