 Shroomism i need a question answered

I really starting to buy this info on 2012 and the 5th dimension (and like you said it isn't really a dimenison, it more like discovering yourself, but its referred to a dimension because things will be so different)
In the 5th dimension are there visionary plants, marijuana, psychedelics.
I understand its really like truly discovering yourself, and that its alot like now, except its just that fear, slavery, and all of the bullshit of the last millienum will be gone.
I also heard its also like the planets alineing right? Also how will all of the junk pollution, and stuff be gone (i mean plastic is a very slow to degrade material)?

So when they refer to the 12th planet is it really a planet or somthing else?
The reason im buying it is because, at one time i didn't believe and have an open enough mind to concive of a force controlling things behind humanity, and now i do. This force is the the New World Order a small group of very rich CEO's. It has existed for a very long time, and right before things start changing, the NWO is starting to show its self in our world. Its funny cus many spiritual texts including the bible, speaks of this. The bible doesn't specificly talk about 2012 or whats after it, but it does talk about whats going to happen before this. All the bible says about 2012 (it doesn't specificly mention the date 2012 but) that man will discover god in SELF. And we will live with christ (christ meaning the discovery of god in self) for 1000 years. Shroomism had previously spoke of 2012 but at first i though it sounded crazy, (still kinda does but  ) I believe hes on the right track and so do I. I heard on the news something is coming in 2012 but they called it a world destroying astroid. ( i don't believe its an astroid )

Today on the local student radio station there was an interview with a professor of astronomy at the UW, and they were talking about life in the universe. They got to talking about SETI, and I wondered...if all these species really are watching us and even orbiting our planet, why hasn't SETI detected them? Are they all advanced beyond radio technology?

This is garbage... if Nasa saw smoke signals on another planet... they'd come a runnin'. A better argument would be that the aliens are so far away that the radio waves won't get to them for awhile. Of course this would butt heads with all of those "objective" encounters with said aliens.

I dont know about the aliens, i believe that if there exists aliens, there not a warrior culture (they believe in peace). What do you think shroomism?
And i want to make a correction ... it isnt the new world order, thats been controling humanity for ages its secert societys and religon. (but they work together) The New World Order is only the final big BIG take over (religons,corperations, all of the major power holders of the world) under the new name the NWO.

There are warlike races of aliens. The Lyrans for example. Thriving on domination and power and control. Their civilization goes like clockwork... rise to power.. become a powerful high technology society... take over a few worlds... then break out into massive war and completely destroy their whole society and start all over again.
The 144,000 mentioned in the Bible are original inhabitants of the Lyras. After a long war in Lyra, the losing side decided to escape to Earth. They found the humans at that time to be quite stupid and easily controlled. They made good slaves. When ambassadors from their planet came and found the state of affairs on Earth, they sentenced the original Lyrans to stay and reincarnate on Earth as Earth humans in order to repay their karmic debt. These 144,000 souls are still on Earth.
But for the most part most races are extremely peaceful and loving. In fact they are the mass majority (93% or so)

Actually I was talking about NASA getting smoke signals from our own planet. Besides, my point is.. beings that travel through space and time don't use radio waves, they are primitive forms of communication. And even if they do recognize them, they don't care.
"Hey look, the humans we communicate with every day are trying to send out radio signals to confirm our presence, haha"

That is such a broad question.... any answer I give will be insignificant to the big picture of the effects of this event which will change EVERYTHING. Though I can give my very limited perception of it..
The effects will be magnificient, beyond any description of words. We will literally transform into physical angels. All the abundance of the heavens shall be ours, our reality will be one of overwhelming love, joy and happiness. The utter bliss experienced can be talked about and prepared for but in the end the experience itself is what will take you away, not the words. This is a transformation of sorts... and it is happening to EVERYONE. It is a very personal matter, for every person it may be experienced differently. But the end result is all the same.
If case you haven't noticed the changes have already started.
My first instincts tell me to expect the revealing of the secret government, followed by an official acknowledgement from this same government of the extra-terrestrial presence, as well as their admittance to cover-ups in the past and other "evil" things they have participated in. Sort of like a nationwide I'm sorry for lying for hundreds of years.
I would likely see this followed by the removal of most of the forms of our current government, as a new one is put into place. One based on actual freedom, sovereignity, divine will, as opposed to money..power.. control...of the old.
Soon afterwards schools will pop up. Spiritual schools. They will appear all over. the place, teaching the ancient secrets of spirit, mind and matter. Open to anyone who is open to them. We will learn of the true history of Earth, with proof. I would expect them to find this in Egypt... specifically in a chamber underneath the paw of the Great Sphinx.
We would expect many changes during this time, in which old empirical methods of the past are cast aside for fresher, more efficient models of thinking. This will be accompanied by a technology surge, in which many forms of high-technology are created through this newfound inner wisdom. These technologies will be based upon the principles of the spirit, taking into account action and reaction. They will be created in sync with nature. You can expect current medical knowledge to reach unfathomable heights during this period, as we find new methods for healing which are highly effective and natural.
There may be a significant portion of the population wiped out, this has yet to be cast into stone. It is determined by the population itself. If many choose NOT to move with the Earth into the next vibration level, they will not physically survive the intense radiation put out by the Photon Band in the 3rd dimension. That is, if they don't go out before then during the shift itself. Cataclysms may take some, but those that go have chosen to on the soul level. They are either not ready for, or did not want to ascend.
After 2012.. well.. things will be quite different. I would expect the period from NOW to 2012 to have the most significant changes. It will be like being a new born baby cast into a new world full of wonder and mystery. You will be learning things you never thought you could ever comprehend. Literally, at a higher level of awareness. We will be learning things for the first time, in full focus. Knowing the higher order of the universe, the purpose of our soul and our existance, why we are here and what we need to do... this information will bring a precise laser beam focus into our lives.
Earth will join the Galactic Federation of Worlds. We will learn from other higher evolved races much our past history and many facets of our society we never knew existed. We will learn much. In the process we will learn much about ourselves, as we open up to other levels of being and other forms of life.
Physically, our bodies will change. We will get taller. Our brains will grow. We will grow a new hemisphere of brain on top of the 2 existing ones. The skull will stretch and make way for this new brain. This section of the brain is like the crown chakra, and is used for accessing higher states of awareness such as connection with all and the wisdom that comes with it. It is like a spiritual brain.
The two hemispheres of the brain will harmonize... they will become as one. Instead of operating independantly from one another other. We will become "Integrated beings". Instead of having one dominate side, (male or female) they will work together in harmony. This has been called a 'total' being, one that associates easily with both sexes and can access either simultaneously.
Spiritually... we will awaken to who we truly are.. we will remember all of our past lives and all of our karmic patterns from them. We will remember why we are here, what our purpose is, who we truly are. We will find our souls and see them in perfect clarity. We will see the souls of others, and their karmic patterns as well, we will feel a need to help them. Our soul and physical body will evolve and grow until we reach a point where the physical body is no longer needed.. by then it would have evolved so much to look more like an angels light body than a regular human body. We will "ascend" into the 5th dimension, leaving the physical body behind.
Time will not cease to exist... we will simply stop using it. Our time will be based on celestial events... holidays will be during solar eclipses... planetary alignments... completions of cycles of heavenly bodies and star systems...
There will be no more attachment to the physical, we will use our spiritual senses to achieve what we desire most....to be one with God/All that is

Honestly where did you hear this?..there is no way ANYONE living on this planet knows what is going to happen to any of us..they may think they know but they really dont...i keep an open mind and always have ..but how can you be so sure? some of the worlds greatest minds have given their perspective on life and living.but they dont all agree with eachother..everyone has a different perception of reality..and thats a fact..you can see that in discussions on this forum..someone might agree with you but not 100%...thats why there are different religions..different cultures and so forth..and you say these things so matter of factly like god told you himself..some of what you said can be agreed with but somethings are from a part of you percieving the world through which only your eyes can see..where others are blind..and until everyone is looking through the same "eyes"..none of this will happen no matter how bad you want it to...thats just my 2 cents

This is the one and only thing youve said that is true...you talk about warlike aliens are you kiddin me...every question and any answer you or anyone can give to a specific question that has not been proven is "so we can all understand it " CRAP..it is very easy to see what you are doin..i do not undirestimate your inteligence but if you were to make a statement and someone asks you a logical question ..you simply answer with another statement and thus the person is so confused or totally baffled by your new statment that they forgot the question they asked you in the first place..thus developing into a neverending loop of uncertantity by them and the role of the Teacher by you..continuing to spread you misinformation.

How can you prove the unknown ? It doesn't need to be proven, it needs to be decifered. Some has more valid ways than others to do that, you got to stick with that when trying to unfold the future, so if you don't/can't validate some of this "CRAP" as you say, you might think about leaving this kind of questions.

i had a vision of the future the other day while i was sitting around. I saw bush getting reelected, with terrorism and counter terrorism wars escalating more and more the whole time. The usa elects cheney to replace bush with promises to end terrorism and all that shit. Then once cheney gets into office things escalate even more until the world is like a pot of boiling water, Then theres a huge world war or global nuclear anhilation by the end of cheneys term in 2012. The people who survive will the ones who will return to a pure innocent beginning. i kind of like shroomisms theory better though.

This 2012 stuff was promulgated by the late Terrence McKenna. It allegedly derives from an ancient Mayan calendar, though being the non-math person that I am, I do not quite grasp the translation of a Mayan cosmic frame of reference with the Western model that pretty much begins with the death of Jesus of Nazareth in A.D. 33.
I have found it curious that people must seek answers far from where they really are. I looked to India and Tibet for answers, until I realized those answers were in my own backyard (like Dorothy realized after her trip to Oz). People would rather accept the predictions of Nostradamos, or, in the case of McKenna, who tied every cosmic thing to the mushroomic culture of Mesoamerica, to the Mayans; or to those people ready to embrace a new pseudo-mythology - the 12th Planet. growing up, lots of folks harkened back to the lost continents of Atlantis, Lemuria and Mu.
I think people need novelty, and even though we have the Bible and a HUGE body of literature from which the Bible was selected (Pseudepigraphal, Apocalyptic, Nag Hammadi Library, Dead Sea Scrolls, etc.), few people are serious enough to do some scholarly research themselves, and prefer to base their as-of-yet-unformed belief-systems on books on the best seller list. People have become so used to the presence of Biblical messages, they have become 'invisible' and 'inaudible' to many. I once read that 'Boredom is the springboard to Eternity.' One must learn to throw off one's religion as it was learned, and re-learn it anew. Only then will the Truth therein be recognized.

The future is often prophesized. I am not stating beyond a shadow of a doubt how it will be, only my perception of it. There are many paths available and I am just peering down one of them and describing what I see. I can only speak from my frame of referance, and frankly, if aliens land in my backyard and give me a full history of planet Earth along with detailed information regarding cosmic events I am privy to believe it, especially if much of it touches home.
That doesn't mean you have to believe any of it.

Markos are you saying that the Bible is free from the label of "novelty"? You may say the Bible contains truth from God, but how do you know McKenna's books don't as well? Or any book, for that matter... Don't we all have a connection to the divine? Why look for truth only in Biblical texts when we have it inside ourselves?

I know what you're trying to explain, you are relating deciphering with scientific prove. If so, what if i decipher something that cannot be scientifically proved ? Do you consider that as valid ? You might consider it subjective, but will have to work hard to prove his premises are invalid, why ? How can you prove the non existence of aliens ? They were never seen but that doesn't mean they do not exist, people have already thought of that, take SETI example.

Taking my previos words, it all depends if you demand scientific prove, if you find science the ultimate explanation, you must know that not even science can prove the unknown, like the limits of a derivate equation tending to infinite, they tend to the unknown, but then maybe not if you apply more variables to the equation, those variables are what we call scientific proves, some people like to add variables that are not scientific proves but they consider them as valid, then again, it has to do if you consider science as the ultimate explanation, some just don't.

Yes, this is part of establishing goals. It is important to realize the true nature of things as they are so we can better understand how to affect positive changes. You need desire, knowledge, a method and action. If you are missing any one of these, don't count on things changing. (sorry if I sound like a change management text)

i do agree with you but i wasnt aiming towards scientific proof persay..just on history and how it constantly repeats itself and mostly for the worst..its just that if we want change than we will all have to be on the same wavelength..and that has been and always will be difficult..wars are inevitable, obviously right but if we as a species learned from our mistakes we would reach that state of conciousness shroomism was talking about..but and in my opinion and no one will agree with it but if we were all one race...and i dont mean white or black or purple ...i mean a mix of everything than prejudice would stop..and we could come together as one but until that time we are going to be in the same boat we always have been in..and for the first time in a long time our nation came together as one for a brief moment with the tradgedy of 9-11...i remember that day because i felt togetherness between all americans.for the first time in my life..we dont need another more serious tragedy to feel that again...and i just think it will take a little more than 9 years for our planet to be complete muts , and when that happens the whole world will come together and the unachievablewill become achievable

This is soooo true man. That's how I view McKenna's books. I read some of them (true hallucinations and parts of others), but I just thought they were "stoner-talk" for the most part. I think the divine truth really is in all of us, it's just hard to articulate. Some of the us (lazy?) use other people's views of reality to articulate this divinity. I choose to define my divine nature differently. I feel it's more personal that way. But hey, that's just me.

hmmm i don't know about the physical changing of our bodies, or all that. But i do believe we as humanity are in for some changes BIG BIG changes. How it will happen; know one could be completely accurate!
My belief is that we will just discover some simple knowledge that god is in self, and we (the people) don't EVER need religon or politics to govern us! Sure you need goverment to some degree but, it will be super limited. We may gain new abilitys llike teleknesiss (shit i dont know how to spell), or somthings like that.
