Well if he does not present any information showing it as a fact just ask him how exactly the pharmocokinetics of psilocybin result in brain swelling. After than you can disprove him. You cant present information disproving something if it hasn't happened.

There are some people who are allergic to shrooms, and their body swells up while they trip, but brain damage to shrooms... really? yeah... Well water soaks into bread and makes it expand, so it must do it to our brains too!!!!! oh dear GOD! water is t3h t0x1c!
