Disclaimer: By ETs and Sentients, I am referring to Enlongated Terrestrials (aka Tall People) and people with a consciousness. This is not a topic about beings from other planets(/dimensions?).

Just like any relationship you have with other living organisms, it is up to both parties to keep their relationship synergistic. Chances are, if you have been contacted, that they have shown interest in you in particular for whatever reason, so you don't have to worry about their side of the deal.

A few ways to keep a healthy relationship would be:

-Clear your mind from distractions. You can't communicate with them if your mind is fogged up with things that don't really matter. An excellent, highly encouraging way to keep your mind clear is meditation/yoga.

-Open your third-eye. Intent is the biggest factor towards accomplishing this. It may be hard to know what this means to some people, I know it was for me at first, but just like any unexplored realm, the more you travel in it, the more familiar it becomes. MEDITATE!

-Eat mindfully. A lot of processed meats are impregnated with the vibes of miserable cattle, I would advise to refrain from eating meat. It's not absolutely necessary that you become 100% vegan, but reducing your meat intake not only help lower carbon emissions, but they keep your spirit flexible enough to do the amount of energy work required to contact sentients.

-Be a source of good vibes. Question your own intentions, become the change the world craves.

Those are things that should be practiced every day to keep a healthy relationship with yourself, others, and OTHERS^.


Initiating Contact:

-Create a sacred space. Designate a particular area to this single purpose. Maybe burn some sage and some incense to create a peaceful place.

-Gather a group of hopeful individuals. By yourself is completely fine. Proceed to ingest a good dose of a substance with sacramental properties (maybe the kind of organism that comes from the poo of sacred cows, or those lone strangers in the desert, or the heart of the Amazon).

-Listen to or create beautiful music that is emotionally moving. This part is essential in making yourself aware of energy, and acts as stress reduction for the "come up".

-"Pray" or meditate in group or alone, with the intent in mind to contact higher (as in tall hehe) conscious beings.

Certain music has facilitated contact, it has been suggested that "IDM" such as Boards of Canada and Aphex Twin can help.

VERY IMPORTANT: It is important to keep in mind that there is a lot of disinformation out there, specially on the internet. If you seek to find an explanation for a certain phenomenon, trust your heart. Don't fall into the trap of paranoid delusions. With that in mind I MUST stress the fact, to keep yourself psychologically healthy, so you can make smarter decisions and can follow your intuition better.

Prolonged exposure to the voices of deep space can have a series of side-effects, including an increase of synchronicities, overall feelings of hope and well-being, intense spiritual experiences, and abiding joy. :smile:

Tall people have a lot to offer, and you may have been contacted already and don't even know it :wink:

I have been reading up on this sort of thing.

I have not mastered any sort of meditation yet but I plan on working on it.

From what I understand, ultimately, you do NOT need to ingest any sacred planets or fungi. You do NOT need certain music playing.

All that you really need is to be able how to clear your mind to its fullest extent, and also know how to master remote sensing (toh-shi). Once you master remote sensing/viewing (toh-shi) via meditation and other exercises, you can *feel* the universe and the negative energy/electrogravity/quanta that surrounds it all. Then you will be able to *feel* "them". And they will be aware of your awareness. They will *feel* you. Then you can communiate with them at will. This is basicaly ascending to a higher dimension, less dense existance accesible through the mind. One that is a basic competence requirement of most any higher evolved beings.

This is what telepathy is all about.

Humans already have the potential to unleash the power of their mind and travel through dimensions. If you master it, you can communicate with entities that reach far beyond our sun. And some may be even closer than you could imagine (as in our own skys).

by "them", I mean intelligent life forms not from this planet.. all kinds. This is not restriced to a certain group or species. It's all about what the mind is designed to do.

DreamSignals, I don't really understand your disclaimer. Who are "Tall People" and where do they reside if not on another planet/dimension. Do they live here on Earth? Do you mean a certain type of human who usually looks a certain way and seems to be very aware?

Can you give a few examples of ways in which they would contact us? Could it be a very concrete thing, like a strange message on the radio or on a fortune cookie?

Of course you don't need to ingest psychedelics or listen to music to get there, for both these things simply tap into areas that are already in your mind. They simply facilitate the journey. I do advise not to become dependent on these substances to achieve higher consciousness, for they will stop becoming an ally and will become a crutch.

The music itself (IDM) is designed to rearrange your though patterns, the term binaural beats is a widely known term, and both BoC and Richard D James implement this in their music.


The most important aspects of the whole deal is practice (meditation/yoga) and intent.

Well I'm not sure WHERE they live, and honestly it's completely irrelevant, just as I don't know where YOU live or you where I live, yet we are able to communicate (even without the help of the Internet).

I have been contacted through electronic devices (radio, ipods, TV) but this will do you no good unless you reach a certain level of awareness and are able to put the pieces you receive together. You can't just start reading a newspaper from China if you haven't learned to read Chinese.

The reason why I asked about being contacted through the radio or something like that is because of my own past experience (e.g straight forward messages of love and warnings of the future). I've learned not to talk about it with people because they say I'm crazy.. but I can't really deny my own experience. I'll be keeping an open mind :smile:

I haven't read too many books about this topic, besides "Nothing In This Book Is True But It's Exactly How Things Are" by Bob Frissel

I've heard "The Ancient Secret of The Flower of Life" is an important work. It's written by Drunvalo Melchizedek (if you do some research into Drunvalo Melchizedek you'll see he has a very interesting story)

I don't know if you are aware of Melchizedek, but he also talks about remote viewing. Something to do with a series of 'television screens' that enables you to see virtually anything and anywhere you want. He spoke of a woman that was tested by an agency (can't remember if it was NASA or not), but she told them the exact serial number on a satellite of theirs up in space (written on the object) to prove her ability.
