How quickly does the body absorb pills/shrooms ect on empty and full stomach?

Im not really sure if this question belongs in this section but it seems like the ideal place.

Often when you read a prescription bottle it says for full effect to take it on an empty stomach I assume because it absorbs better. However isnt it also a known fact when you eat something blood rushes to your stomach?, so by eating a small to medium meal on top of a pill or shrooms could that not make it absorb faster into your body?. I dont really know, opinions?.

That is any interesting question. Although I have never heard of the theory. I myself have noticed different effects when on an empty stomach as opposed to a "full" stomach, but who hasnt.
Maybe someone can answer this as well:

- If you are on a full stomach, but you snort a powder; Shouldnt the effects of the drug be the same as snorting on an empty stomach? Because the powder is going through your nasal passage and entering the bloodstream there not your stomach?

If this falls off the first page and I get no answers Im going to repost it in a more heavily trafficked section of the shroomery.
