Does it exist on Earth? Is there any way to be ULTIMATELY FREE on Earth? Is it just a state of mind?

Isn't it irrelevant? The only thing that isn't free is a thought. You are already free. You just believed a thought. A thought prison.

What do you think the difference is between freedom and not?

Of course this depends on exactly what you mean by Ultimate. In the human form there is not IMO. The body has limits as far as we can tell.
