The Most Effective Action In This Moment/Navigating Reality

Have you ever contemplated what will be the most effective (in terms of one's preferences and the way reality is trending) response to what is presently occuring in this moment?
This moment is living, breathing art - an intricate dance between oneself and reality. What could we refer to it as, the perceiver/experiencer and that which is perceived and experienced? Yin and yang?
I sense a certain state, in which oneself is so reflective of reality that one naturally responds to the flow in the ultimate "perfect" behavior. I think this naturally arises from simply bringing awareness into one's present experience, and observing it for what it is.
Oneself and reality develops as a result. One becomes more equipped to naviagate reality, and it is truly reality leading itself, if you think about it.
 Peace.

Being in a state of awareness is my most difficult challenge. Because of my difficult childhood I developed a defensive mode of thinking. That became my auto pilot mode of being. I used it to develop a strong fear based ego structure that was mostly impenetrable and always on the defense. All my life it has run the show so to speak. It's mostly knee jerk with little awareness. It's a struggle stay aware at all. Psychedelics has been a help to an extent but the work is all in sober day to day mode. I wish everyone success with this.

In that case, doing things mindfully is perhaps the greatest act as a warrior you could do. Mindful sitting (meditation) is a great start, as is mindful walking. Just being aware of everything that is going on in you and around you. Not judging or reacting, just being aware. From this, you can bring mindfulness into EVERYTHING that you do. Washing dishes, driving, bathing, eating, everything can become an exercise in mindfulness.
It's a very beautiful thing.

i love Tao because I know nothing of Tao, and that's how Tao should be.
tai chi, sitting meditation, and perhaps the right usage of cannabis.... can really flavor this and important-icize your experience of reality.
unfortunately i have moral objections to drugs now, but i do miss a good stone and how the reflexive state
well anyway....

Om Namah Shivaya, I tell you What!

But you do know that you know nothing of it, and you know that Tao should be a certain way.
Just teasing ya.

yeah! well you know what i mean. Tao is good because it is the anti-thesis of dogma to me... it's just kind of..... there is no Tao, but there is. no God, but there is... just things are how they are, so get on with it!
but then the Bible comes around spewing fire at me and I go ahhh! and get scared.
i've yet to sort that one out.
