I'm not sure, but i wonder if they need oxygen and a little CO2 as well, like plants need CO2, but just a little oxygen.

Not only oxigen could burn them (like Baby_Hitler) wrote, but pure oxigen is extremely flamable. So be carefull, if you are really going to make that test.

I personally don't think that it is of interest to test Oxigen in that high concentrations. Especially, because the earth's athmosphere is roughly composed the following way:

78,08 % Nitrogene
20.95 % Oxigen
1 % Water (depends on the humidity)
0.93 % Argon
0.034% CO2
...


If you are willing to find out how the mushrooms react to some gases (nitrogene, oxigen, CO2, etc.), then you should vary the above composition by small amounts, and not replace it completely.

BTW. 100% Oxigen or any other gas is condemned to kill your mushrooms, because to have 90% rel. humidity in that gas, you would have to have about 1 % of water...
