my personal take is, you will only die if you ACCEPT death....
if you do not accept what our society has brainwashed us to think "death" is, then you will know and live eternal life...
kinda like the term of immortality...if your an immortal, you dont live in the same body forever, that would sorta be a trap....the difference between us and immortals is when they pass to their next body, THEY CAN REMEMBER THEIR PAST LIVES AS THEY PASS THRU, THEY FOREVER TAKE EVERY SINGLE MEMORY WITH THEM, as opposed to us, who FORGET EVERYTHING....
(hence why i have no memory of the other THOUSAND lives ive lived and died...the memory is there, it just cant be tapped into)
and lastly, and this one i'm pretty damn sure of, is you will pass thru the void...and IN THE VOID, you will come to find, that ONE AND GOD, you and god, are exactly the same...
so many other worlds exist other than ours, we have to accept this...
before you were ever conceived, or born, THIS WORLD existed....you didnt know it existed, because u werent born here yet, BUT it still existed....
A GREAT, i repeat, GREATTTTTTT example of this would be, A RADIO/RADIO FREQUENCY...
when ur listening to a station, whichever it may be, thats all you can hear at that moment in time at that specific frequency...HOWEVER, OTHER STATIONS STILL EXIST WHILE U ARE STUCK AT THAT FREQUENCY, YOU JUST CANNOT HEAR THEM AT THAT TIME, UNTIL U CHANGE STATIONS THAT IS....and once you change to a higher frequency, you're now listening to something totally different that existed even while at the 1st frequency....and while at this new radio station, the old one you were listening to didnt just fall off the face of the earth...IT STILL EXISTS AS WELL, you just can't hear it now because your not "tuned in"....

You as you know it only exists as the result of tuning into that one specific frequency. Changing the channel would mean that you would not continue to experience the next channel.

You can carry contents from one to another 'reality/frequency'. At least by just by remembering the previous experienced.

Actually you can remember what was on a different frequency. Just put your particular frequency in with a carrier frequency of whatever, pass it through a low pass filter once you get to the other side and you should be good to go.

I think it could be all sort of positive and negative emotions. The stronger the emotions, the more real/accessable the memory/reality is. [say: I haven't figured out yet, but empathy is a good hint, but there are also negative ones ]
But, I am fully aware that it all could be a trick in the head. (Double-)But, it would not be less informative or less criteria for personal developement or experience. It doesn't matter, if only you will learn from it. Learning from different perspectives...
