Well it could be all in our heads but I have done cranberry with myn and I see the difference every time. EVERY TIME. I tried soda and uhh barely tripped. So if the acid concept is true maybe your shrooms were just low in potency or something but who knows were all just a buncha shroom heads.

lemon won't do anything to your trip. any difference you notice will either be placebo or due to different set and setting.

lemon does increase potency, it breaks it down for your stomach and makes it easier to digest and you usually get all the psilocin in it.

I have been shrooming without tryin lemon juice method for 6 years. Needless to say it works. Nothing mind blowing like an MAOI, but it works.
