    #2659816 -

Are there any recordings that you know of from the Mckenna Psychedelic Library where he discusses ego-loss?

thanks

I just downloaded all of those a few days ago. Only listened to a couple, but great stuff. Terence McKenna is the man.

Light of Nature Day 2 is amazing... not ego loss... but very mind expanding... there is more... after ego loss.

As a fan of the man, I have not heard any recordings of ego loss. As phenethyl said, in food of the gods he talks of boundary dissolution, but that is merely bringing down the walls that separate us from eachother. I guess that could be considered "ego loss".

Terrance McKenna doesn't talk much about ego loss... it seems he finds Leary's views on ego loss a little limiting. Still, without knowing what Leary said... a lot of McKenna's points will be hard to catch.

Don't want to dump on the guy, but his talks and intreviews
suggested to me he was not an ego loss kind of person.I found
his personality harsh and abrasive, his ego full and strong.
Naively, i think that ego loss should diminish all of that.
