consistency in potency?

is it assumed that the same strain grown under relatively the same conditions and dried in the same way for the same amt. of time have similar potencies?
is there a noticeable difference btw 1st and 3rd or 4th flushes. Or shrooms from the same stock on diff. cakes?

All the p.cubensis strains have practically the same potency. However, some strains will have different highs than others. But not very different; essentially they are the same.

I don't think it matters too much if its a shroom from the 1st or 4th flush. Potency will be the same. Same with shrooms from different cakes. Assuming all the cakes were treated exactly the same, they should be exactly the same potency. Any differences wouldn't be noticeable.

This is true...most strains of P. Cubensis are about the same in potency. Personally, I haven't seen much of a difference in strength between early and later flushes. As long as you're using spores that are from the same print, chances are the mushrooms will be almost the same as the one from which the spores came. The only way to really get mushrooms that are all exactly the same potency is to clone.

There are potency differences between flushes on casings I believe. But I dont know about cakes, never had any experience with them.
