natural environment....
    #3736718 - 02/05/05 08:21 PM (12 years, 3 months ago)

chose your favorite natural environment for peace, meditation, and pure enjoyment of imagery and sound.

p.s. It does not need to be accessible to you, perhpase you have seen it on pictures and it feels perfect to you

feel free to be as specific as you wish in replies, or specify something I have forgotten.
....
You may choose only one
grass fields (or similar)
Deciduous tree forests
Coniferous tree forests
deserts/rocky enironment
lakes or rivers
rain forests
sea/ shorelines
snow/mountains

There's this awesome rarely trodden desert mountain near my house that I visit often. Whenever a serious issue comes up or I just feel like being out in nature it's the best place to relax/meditate/live!

I love rivers surrounded by cool forests on a nice chill autumn day. Rivers and lakes are without a doubt my favorite, they are examples of one of the most beautiful lessons of nature if only one can understand them.

BC's Rain forest has the densest amount of life in the world i think. I know there is more plant life per square mile than the amazon rain forest, and i cant think of anyplace else that has more than the amazon. I would love to find a little forest clearing and just trip for like a whole weekend.

In a book by Tom Robbins he distinguished between jungle persons and desert persons.
When I think of it, most of my friends are drawn to either one or the other.
BTW, I?m definitely a desert lover. Leave the jungle to the mosquitos !

It's great to see the diversity of us. Every environment I specified is chosen by someone
