They haven't even done that for the first one yet, and that one supposedly has more "evidence" than the second one. I think the mods just want to use Swami as a ban-smacking pinata.

Really though, I can't tell why. Many people say much worse than Swami, but they seem to hate Swami and banish him at any instance where they can make up a bullshit excuse with no real logic. There must be more going on behind the scenes, as otherwise they seem to have chosen Swami at arbitrary to try to pick on. Perhaps Swami has disillusioned some members with the flimsy beliefs of some mods in S&P? Who knows.

moderator warnings should be in accordance to an objective slate of rules and the enforcement of such rules should fair. swami was simply discussing/asking questions about his banning - as a member here, as long as he is not flaming, he can do that. He never flamed or did anything of the sort. SK simply asked him to stop without a valid reason that had anything to do with the Shroomery rules.

These bannings are 100% personal and subjective - all of the "reasons" given by the mods/admin are just excuses.
