Those look fine. Except for that horned ant head in the middle of the right side jar.

Quit trippin' on grains drying out and inoculate already.

I do inoculate from my LC 3-4cc I do no shake after inoculation is that what you recommend? so i see some wet Grains on the bottom from the LC you know what i mean a area around the jar

OK. I shake after I inoculate. Then LITFA for a week or two. Moisture DOES NOT cause bacteria. It just spreads it quicker.

Hey, but i can let them grow without shaking after the inoculation?? I like too see the growth then later do the only one first shake. I hope i kill all bacteria after 2h at 15psi.

Then i have another question:

I bought a Gelatine Kapuls Mashine for my later Mushroom i will powder
Kapsul Mashine 00

I bought the Typ ore Size 00 I hope the Typ 00 is a good choice and not too Big??

I hardly ever break and shake. I break and shake once when I send to bulk because it works with my workflow.

I use 00 capsules as well.

Do Pan Cyans get bigger caps and better prints in later flushes?

Depends, I would take some prints from first flush just to be sure, but if you get a decent second flush the fruits tends to be bigger yes.

Thanks for a quick response!
First flush is already sporulating, fruits look decent and I will take these prints following your advice tomorrow

Better safe then sorry right? One can't have too many prints anyway, there's always an option to give them away at the marketplace, oh and nice fruits :chugbeer:

Sure it is! Can't wait to be ready for the marketplace, already have a better (mail dependent) collection of Pan's prints to work with than I could imagine.
Hopefully I will get this art to the point of sharing spores back to the community.

Hell yes I got a Snoop Dogg gif response! :chugbeer:

Idk if I'd risk leaning in against the side of the cooker. The cap melting would be my concern also. I think the easiest solution here is to invest in a smaller media bottle, maybe you can return/exchange the one you got? Sorry it doesn't fit man, what a pain!

should be fine, presumably the glass and metal get to the same temps? A little foil separator to wick heat maybe, like a trivet for the side instead of the floor. I've definitely leaned some media bottles in the IP without issue.

Also never break and shake. Just get proper initial distribution down. shake/roll

Never use caps here,  only 10:1 melted chocolate blend, in coco oil dish

Firm up after folding together in freezer for 15m.  Eat puck. Blast off in 15-20

And the grain was a bit wet, it had very little condensation pre noc.
I couldn't find any reference on threads that show clean spawn so if some experienced eye could tell, please do. I'm guessing I could send them to bulk with this colonization, just don't wanna waste it if this is bad.

when my Jars get fully colonized they start compensating at the top. Even with the room staying at 74-76f. I think its just from metabolic things. As long as its not down in the grains you should be good to go.

I'd send it dude.

Here are some of my jars fully colonized with condensation in them

If you think about it that little "cloud"(condensation) starts at agar and stays with it till the end... If it wasn't there then I would worry.

My both shoebox 3l after 2 days. I place them near my heater between my bedroom temps I check 21-23 Celsius. The condensation is not a problem? The lid is close and i don't have too do a Air exchange just let it allone right? My fear is mold from not too much air.

Ive got a grain question guys.

Can I prep my oats, sterilize it in 6 jars and then have the jars sitting for a couple of weeks before inoculating?

What I am thinking is: since I am going to do a PC grain cycle, I want to do as many jars as I can fit, which is 6 1qt jars. But I would like to inoculate one jar to make sure everything is going well, the grain and the LC. Then with that colonized jar do G2G into the remaining 5 jars. Does this make sense?

I haven't been following along with whatever is going on here, but I would leave at least the tinniest corner cracked open for gas exchange. Or poke a hole or two in the lid. Just real small. But you should be fine either way.

Unless your substrate was sterilized or something. Then I would just leave it alone.

Also the heat is what's going to cause contamination to grow FASTER. hopefully you're not letting it get too hot.

Be careful when heating like that. The ideal way is to heat a small area. When you heat like that it is really inconsistent. If your shoe boxes have small plastic gussets on the lid groove to hold the lid just off box. So your sweaty shoes can dry out. That's your FAE.

Hi, thanks for your response...

I hope you know what i meaning? I have a heating system underneath it's not in direct contact with my shoebox it comes from halb meter underneath so we have late October so it's getting colder here in Europe. The heat comes from down and i have the idea place the Boxes on the Mamor Plate so they can getting the warm temps from underneath...

You say with dry out I can tape the lid more if nessesary what you think? I think for my next project i buy a shoebox with a airtight lid with a rubber inside that's better in your opinion?

And air exchange is not recommended in this stadium only when the Mycelium takes over and i place my Box for fruiting condition?

Thanks

HI, this is my first attempt at growing from a kit. My other kits are doing just fine and already produced results, but one box (in the image) has this very strange mycelium outgrowth on top that looks like a tumor xD Any ideas why this happened / what can i do ? Thanks yall.
