Well, for some reason, this batch didn’t live up to par, but I’ll try again after all the fun part is trying new things, but it’s time to harvest these

So I cleaned these skulls out today put them back on the shelf and when I did, I realized that the whole substrate was contaminated with trich. I guess there was no way for me to sanitize or sterilize the skulls as they were just ornamental book ends.
So that’s why I didn’t get any kind of flush out of them, if I decide to do it again, I’ll put the substrate inside of small mushroom grow bags and put that inside of the skull. See what that does

I think they still turned out super sick! I love novelty grows. And doing tamps in one super sweet! The right one kinda looks like worms crawling out the scull!

A first cluster of Psilocybe Gallaeciae popping up and still in the process of getting mature. More clusters and pins are also showing up. This is just on coco coir.

I have a few spawn jars that I'll be putting to a more nutrient based substrate that will suite them better. For now I'm content

Dive into the scurry world of agar my dude.

It really isn't difficult (or scurry) and the benefits are astronomical.

If you want a work around from agar, check this out

Brf puck

It explains how you can use stones for it too.

I planted a couple stones in my raised bed and they did sprout, though I'm not sure how big they are. Maybe it's time I do some digging :hehehe::mushroom2:

Not sure how I like today’s harvest they look a lot taller and skinnier than normal but overall, I think it’s a good flush

Aside from boofing them, chop them up and dry them to make a tea sometime?

Coffee grinder and honey?  I've heard honey preserves the psilocybin :trippinbawelz::trippinballs::tripping2:

Pollock tamps. Nice thick flush, kinda small but they harvested easily and look nice.

Fear not the fun guy who harvests 1000 pans though fear the one who harvests 1000 pans from one tray

Beautiful trays, really light color and definitely looking happy and healthy.  I am throwing two Mexicana trays (finally, stones didn't produce well with this one) in the chamber tomorrow, should be 5-7 days to pins, hopefully, I wouldn't mind doing a Mexicana cake, could be interesting.  I always enjoy how many flushes you can get with Tamps, they just keep coming WAVE after WAVE.

But there are published articles and books showing that the psylocibin + psylocin % in tampanensis dry fruits is similar to regular cubensis.

Not saying they can't be wrong, but I wouldn't call them misinformation

I don't speak from articles fungus friend, take it how you will but tamp fruits are stronger than cubes without a doubt.  1 to 1.5g will do most for tamps and or mexi, seasoned a bit, 1.5 to 2 max, cubes are like 2gs on the lower side, and 3.5 could get close to the wild side of the spectrum.  We are all different in chemistry, but I've taken 1.5 of cubes AND 1.5 of tamps, it's not the same, not even close.  Once you get fully developed fruits and push the genetics, little buggers have some kick.  I prefer fresh stones; they last in the fridge for months.

Tampa fruits are absolutely epic.  Most of mine are not just 3x of reg Mexi or cubes, but qualitatively better

One of my first trips after long hiatus of cult, was 3g... and I basically had a similar time distortion / breakthrough event like doing pharmahuasca

There isn't a qty of cubes on the planet that can take me there
