that is the essence of curating what you value.

however, happiness is not a thing that could be put above or below, it is a resulting feeling (in-between or encompassing both above and below) - a resulting feeling of something else which you can value and curate and cultivate, such as kindness, music, art, physical prowess...
such things may result in feelings of happiness
