I wish I could say something useful about the cycle of life or whatever, but the fact is I'm just an aging derp that feels sympathy for almost any many-legged critter, only to bite some racist asshole for making bigoted remarks in the supermarket parking lot. Wish I could empathize as deeply with my own species as I can with some caterpillar. Even the kids are starting to notice that dad's wiring was cobbled together by an uncertified intern on acid.

WORD, I appreciate the love. Honestly besides Pink Floyd, I've only ever heard a tiny bit of Animal Collective. Not familiar with the rest of those comparisons but I'll take your word.

Currently restoring some tracks from the "album in a day" band's 1st album. Some good shit in there, makes me wish the BeefTube was still running. Definitely some good transition ditties amongst the rest. Like one tune is literally called "hot loving meat rocket". The promotion writes itself. Might be tomorrow before I get it online, the CD rip is set to super hi resolution / super slow.

Klarn I really like the album. 

I might even use it for our haunted house this year on Halloween. 

Well parts of it.  I really really dig the track that starts around 16 minutes. Not sure what it's called but that one is legit as fuck bro!


And also has Revolution number 9 vibes. Especially the beginning.  Very groovy.

The end reminds me of a saucer full of secrets by Pink floyd. one of my favorites.

They're performance of that song live at Pompeii Amphitheater kicks ass. Listening to that took me back there immediately.

IMHO. That's what good music should be doing.
