spores are black or purple man.  that aint spores.  is it an LC syringe you mean?

put it to a plate and find it out 🤷‍♂️

Looks like germinated spores. Pretty much LC/LI now.

how does that happen ? I have held onto syringes for years and never had that happen but I have definitely heard about it

Thanks, man. A friend gave me some last September. Not much but enough to get a head change and feel good for a couple of weeks after. I'm hoping for a similar effect again. Weed does make me feel better but it makes me lazy. This is the best natural remedy for my blues.

I mean, I don't know, maybe someone out there does. Same way that there's probably someone out there who brushes their teeth with a basting brush.

An inoculation loop is typically a convenient tool for scraping spores from a print and then transferring them to agar in a controlled pattern.

You just take your innoc loop, scrap a little, and apply it on the agar with a z pattern right ?

What s the most updated agar tek guide i can follow please ?

K. I thought I was getting confused reading some older threads and it was hurting my head.

Sadly I don’t like inoculation loops for prints. I can never get the right amount per se. my plates get fucked over fast cause too much shit all over the place.

Same topic but nothing to do with tolerance.

It doesn't happen often around these parts for me in my wife. And I'm a super lightweight when it comes to benzos. But There's definitely been a time or two when I enjoy having like a baby dose like .25 or  .5 mg of some Xanax at the end of the trip just when I'm ready to go to sleep and shit.

But I'm actually really against benzos and the Damage they cause in the long run. On a very  personal level.i don't like to have it in my house at all or for the people I love to have to rely on it.

Bar-tarded thiefs tho.😬  that can definitely cjange ones atttitude about them as well.  Lol. So even though it's nice I still really ever do it.. 

Actually I'd prefer an opiate. but ya know. Im an  heroin addict going on 13years clean.  So that's not happening either.

Use something so you don't burn your fingers put your media bottle into a controlled water bath and quickly bring it down to the proper pouring temperature. And stop guessing and burning your fingers LOL

That what I do.

Ahhh ic. So once it fully colonizes this plate (even with the thin mycelium), is it good to transfer to grain or do I need to transfer it to agar with some nutrients and grow it out again before sending it to grain?
