    #29064494 -

Pretty sure there’s a LAGM 2024 thread, but maybe interest fell off through the year?

Anyway I will be growing mushrooms so here I am! This will be my first year participating in the actual thread.

I will update this starting with work I’ve done post Jan 1, 2025. Having said that, my focus for next year is shifting all the way from cubes into pans and Gymnopilus Luteofolius. I want to refine indoor growing of this species (the gyms) well enough that I have a good writeup to contribute to the forum, and I’d also like to establish an outdoor flowerpot grow for them once the summer comes back.

1/1/25
Sending these bad boys today. The gym jar will be 1:1 sawdust and coir mix for substrate. I’m going to try it with a coir only top layer.

1/7/25
First Gymnopilus luteofolius fruit grown to maturity. Here’s to eventual canopies! This tub was started in December ‘24 and is actually just grains and coir.

1/13/25
First cubes of the new year

1/18/25
Kodama F4 multispore microfruits. Hopefully the sister tub does better

1/21/25
More Kodama Microfruits

Today I cleared out all the F4 plates and will streak more from my swab stash.

1/26/25
Ovoid spores streaked :0

Did a ton of stuff today. Brought a great TAT culture out of storage today and plated it. Same with a semp culture. Also took transfers from my Gymnopilus luteofolius F1 streak and put that to a few T1s. Inoculated 4 jars with gym clones from wedge, 1 jar of grain from gym clone SSLC, and 1 jar of sterilized hickory wood chips with gym clone SSLC. Lots to be excited about.

2/14/25
Microfruuuuuuit

2/15/25
Uncalled for amounts of microfruit

3/7/25
More success with luteofolius. Canopy, here I come!

3/13/25
Michaelfruits

3/15/25
I’m done with this LC. Not giving me anything useful.

3/24/25
Vader
A year in cold storage can change your cultures. Some great specimens in here. Will take it back to spore and get a new clone.

4/3/25

5/16/25

5/29/25
Kodama 12Q

Goofy ahh semp tub

6/2/25
3 Kodama tubs. All made smaller than average fruits.

6/3/25
Great day for a chop. Here are my final pics of my Gymnopilus Luteofolius. 2 months to fruit. Straight coir. Thin casing of verm. 6Q shoebox until psuedosclerotia formed, then placed in a dubbed water tub.

And here’s an MiB (pan cyan) tub grown in the same dub tub setup. Not as impressive 😂

6/17/25
Kx7 F2 SSLC grow. 1 tub of about 7 or 8. Just stock standard cubes haha. No albinos present in any tubs so far, but I staggered the grows. The first time I ran F2s, they were a mix of albinos and brown cubes. These certainly look happy, but not the goal. Other tubs have even fuller pinsets.

6/18/25
More kx7 F2s

6/20/25
Kx7 expressing x7x+ almost entirely. Picked early and moving on.

6/21/25
Kx7 showing more strong x7x+ expression

_.-=| Axman's LAGM 2025 Log |=-._

Genus: Psilocybe Cubensis
Variety 1: P.E.S. Amazonian
Variety 2: A wild find that I'm calling Tico

12-22-2024:
Made a batch of Primo Plates 45x 60mm plates with 2.5g LME and 10g agar and 500ml distilled water. I'm considering running another small run of agar to get some black agar for germ plates.

Looked through spore prints and swabs to try and decide which variety to run. Probably going to do PESA because that was a strong fruiter for me years back. Definitely going to be running my Tico Project as well, but I'm not sure if the F-1 will be dropping spores by January 1st.

12-24-2024:

Decided to cook nektar61's blagar scaled down for my needs to make up 20x 60mm plates. 250g Distilled Water, 4.68g Agar, 2.5g Potato Flakes, 3.75g Dextrose (for me this is Karo Light Corn Syrup), and 2.3g Activated Charcoal.

I do pre-pour. Probably always will until/if I get a FFU.

Merry Christmas-eve ya'll.

12-28-2024:

Got a few caps printing, and pulled some swabs today.

Prepping 10x BRF Pucks in preparation for reviving and then transferring the old PESA spores to agar; Just in case they don't germinate on agar.

I'm pretty sure my PESA prints are from one of these two tubs I used for a giveaway circa November 2022.

My plan is to use an inoculation loop and streak plates with both PESA and Tico F-1 prints on January 1st. I'll also use one of the F-1 Tico swabs I just made. As a backup I'll also put some spores to BRF pucks.

1-1-2025:
Prepped my prints, swabs, plates, and pucks, then got down and dirty.

I made an inoculation loop with some kanthal vape coil wire, I also used a normal exacto knife for cutting pieces off of my swab. I used the inoculation loop for interaction with the prints. In-between uses of a tool, I usually place it in the glass jar of 70% iso, flame it, and cool it on a sacrificial plate.

Post use pic of my Amazonian print from Oct-'22.
Since this is an older print I'm trying to revive I also put it to some BRF Pucks in case the agar doesn't germinate anything.

Everything got wrapped up, labeled, and now we wait.

Info Dump:
-{PES. Amazonian}-
4x charcoal PDA plates
2x LME plates
2x BRF pucks

-{Tico}-
6x charcoal PDA plates
3x LME plates

1-2-2025:
Only one plate has any action, and it's not good. One of the Amazonian plates I dropped spores directly onto from the print looks like it's growing bacteria right on top of the spores.

Bottom View

1-3-2025

The Tico LME plate that I dropped spores directly onto seems like it is germinating nicely.

The Tico LME plate that I streaked with the inoculation loop is also germinating well.

Shoutout to fresh spores.

1-4-2025:
Transferred from the above plates, I tried out using a metal straw as a punch. Torched it red hot, cooled it in a sacrificial plate, then punched out a few promising places in the germination plate. Flamed my knife, cooled it, used it to transfer the punched out agar pieces.

Out of all of the plates I used the swab on, only the one I cut pieces off of the swab and jammed them into the agar germinated.

Dusty pictures

1-6-2025:
For no reason other than I had them made, I put two transfers from the Tico 006 Streak plate to BRF Pucks. I'm considering making some BRF Agar to see how this variety does on that nutrition.

1-7-2025:
-{Tico Update}-
Tico T1 plate check in.

Several transfers are taking well, these just look the best. It looks like one of the streak plates also has germinated.

Still no movement on any of the PESA plates.

1-9-2025:
Nothing on my Amazonian plates or pucks; I had plates out so I decided to use some sterilized distilled water and wet some swabs, I then streaked the print, streaked the plate, and broke off the tip onto the plate (x2).

1-11-2025:

Made 10x Rye jars using Bod's grain prep.
Cleaned and prepped 40x petris for tomorrow morning to cook as soon as the grain jars are cooled overnight.

Kinda just went for it but I did a 1.5% ratio of 500ml distilled water, 10g agar agar, and 7.5g BRF. We will see, it doesn't look like it will be super clear, but I'm interested to see if the Tico mycelium likes it as much as it likes BRF pucks.

1-12-2025:
-{Tico Update}-

Took transfers from each of the T1 plates, one to Charcoal agar and one to BRF agar each.

From each of the T1 plates I cut wedges and inoculated 2 jars of rye each.
From BRF pucks I inoculated with agar on 1-6, I scraped some of the growing mycelium up and dropped it into a jar. Each puck got their own jar.

So today:
Plate 026 -> Transferred to 1x BRF plate, 1x Charcoal plate, and Inoculated 2x Rye Grain
Plate 028 -> Transferred to 1x BRF plate, 1x Charcoal plate, and Inoculated 2x Rye Grain
Puck 042 -> Inoculated 1x Rye Grain Jar
Puck 043 -> Inoculated 1x Rye Grain Jar

1-13-25:
I did not notice how many burst grains I had when I cooked this set two days ago but here we are. I'm just gonna let them run out.

Agar and grain are getting acquainted in every jar it seems.

1-14-25:
-{Tico Update}-
All of the Tico transfers to grain are growing well.

-{Amazonian Update}-

I'm seriously considering switching to a different Amazonian spore print.

Could I have made another swab? Yes. Did I just yoink that one off the plate and jam it into a brf puck? also yes.

1-15-25:
-{Tico Update}-
The same wedge two days later.

1-19-25:
-{Amazonian Update}-

Grabbed a different Amazonian print, wet 4x swabs with sterilized distilled water, rolled them in the print, then broke them off and jammed into each puck. I also took the entire print and made a spore syringe with it. I used that syringe to also put some drops on the opposing side of each BRF puck.

I'm not convinced, but this might be some white fluff growing on this contaminated plate/swab.

-{Tico Update}-

Tico Rye jars are doing well. I did a break and shake on this jar after the picture was taken.

1-21-25:
-{Tico Update}-

Tico Jar 2 days post break and shake.

-{Amazonian Update}-

:pressure: Forced Hydration :pressure:

Not sure if friend or foe, but I did my best to take some transfers of it to 4x plates.

1-26-25:

-{Tico Update}-

Tico, both were spawned the same day, just one was shook.

-{Amazonian Update}-

Many terrible things on this plate, but the transfers I took were much less contaminated.

Transferred from above plate, then today I took two more transfers hopefully to clean it up.

Two of these pucks have contamination, two are clean. Went to agar with the clean ones.

I also put the force hydrated syringe to agar.

1-29-25:

-{Tico Update}-

Tico T3 looking beautiful to me.

One of my grain jars is basically fully colonized, I'm going to let it go until tomorrow night then spawn it.

I hydrated some coco coir last night using BOD's Bucket TEK.

-{Amazonian Update}-

Amazonian T1 off of the second print's Swab I germinated on a BRF puck is looking like I might have some workable myc.

T2 from that terribly contaminated swab plate. Looks like it might be clean, I'm going to let it grow out and see if I need more transfers to get it solid.

It looks like I'll be able to save the Amazonian after all :headbang:

1-30-25:

-{Tico Update}-
Today I spawned this jar. It's possibly a touch baccy but it smelled fine and shook up fairly easy with no hard clumps or anything like that.

I like to put the jar label on my tub as well as a date for when it was spawned.

I went with just coco coir, mixed 1 myco quart to 1.5 coco coir quart, then compressed that with a metal concrete finishing trowel, and left a 1/2 quarts worth of coir for a pseudo casing, compressed the pseudo casing on top then did a heavy mist. So a 1:2 ratio.

2-1-25:
I decided to attempt a cross between AA+ and a Tico F-1 Fruit.
I took a swab, swabbed the AA+, then Tico, then AA+, and then back to Tico
Did that for two different fruits of each and put them to LME agar.

I've never tried anything like this before so here's to new things.

2-4-25:
-{Tico Update}-

The tub spawned on 1-30 is coming along nicely.

-{Amazonian Update}-

Hydrating the swabs was definitely the move.

I'll be taking transfers from that plate soon.

I threw some sketchy transfers to grain while a little tipsy the other night.

-{Tico x AA+ Update}-
Three out of the four plates are showing signs of germination.

2-11-25:
-{Tico Update}-

Lost one to trich. :feelsbadman:

I realized today that I can use the sealing bar on my vacuum sealer to gusset the edges of ziplocks to make them form nice cube edges for Fahtloc bags.

Another Tico jar was spawned.

-{Tico x AA+ Update}-

On 2-9 I transferred from the bottom left plate, but they all have good germination. A few spots have myc leaping upward into the air.

2-23-25:

-{Tico Update}-

First tub to pin, some promising clusters in here.

I also inoculated a few jars.

-{Amazonian Update}-

Taking their sweet time, I also inoculated two more jars.

-{Tico x AA+ Update}-

I inoculated 6 jars with 2x T1 plates, and 4x germ plates.

3-2-25:

-{Tico Update}-

Only F2 tub I have with fruit right now. Real leggy this go around.

3x F2 fahtlocs awaiting pins.

-{Amazonian Update}-

:waitingpatiently:

-{Tico x AA+ Update}-
All 6 of the inoculated jars are growing well.

5-11-25:
So I took a long vacation and generally got overwhelmed with some major life things, but I'm back.

-{Tico Update}-

The jar was left so far past consolidation that it grew invitro.

An overgrown tub.

I took spores from the F2, germinated them and transferred, here is F3 on agar now.

-{Amazonian Update}-

Although the green scourge took this tub I managed to clone one of them to save the genetics.

-{Tico x AA+ Update}-
I have several tubs going, no pins yet.

I guess I can do this since I was planning to restart the bum grow thread and challenge grow thread in January so I can show my progress in here for at least some of those grows certainly.

I have an x7x+ culture as well as some TTBVI that I also plan to start growing with my zapotecorum and Jack frost cultures so that's enough on my plate for this point I think:)

I’m in - this will be a great way to kick off my agar journey I suppose. Will probably do Jack Frost.

EDIT - will be doing Oak Ridge since a kind member on here sent me a print so I don’t have to order spores.

12/28 - my first agar! I couldn’t find glad mini rounds anywhere to do pasty plates (have some in the mail but won’t be here until 1/4) so I used some 4oz jars with a filter patch.

1/1 - 8 plates streaked and last one got the broken off swab tip. The larger containers ended up having a lot of moisture so I don’t have high hopes for those ones

This is my first time using agar and I’m super excited!

1/7 - growth spotted on 3 out of 9 plates 👍 good growth? Bad growth? Who knows! But we about to find out lol.

1/10 - making some plates for transfers - will do that tonight or tomorrow. How’s the growth looking so far? First time using agar so I’m not sure. Pics suck because the containers are far from ideal.

1/11 - made first transfers. My pasty plates in the glad mini rounds turned out far from ideal. Some agar was soupy (dunno why) I ended up doing 4 agar plates and then making 2 transfers to BRF pucks which are my kind of “fail safe” if the pasty plates fail.

I kept 3 plates from the initial streak around that look the most clean just in case I need to transfer from them again.

1/14 - made some more agar up for next transfers - did a Josex Poke from an initial streak plate and sent it to a BRF puck just for fun. We will see how it goes. Everything looking clean so hopefully next transfers will be ready to go to grain!

1/18 - some grain prepped - my first time in like 14 years - also a photo of brf puck from an agar transfer looking great

2/2 updates - I have one quart of WBS that I dropped some wedges in on 1/19 - looking really good so far - I also have another very clean looking plate now thanks to a poke from a brf puck. Planning on dropping that to grain this week. Things are looking good 👍

2/17 - one jar recovering after a first shake. Looking good

2/27 - first jar fully colonized and looking good. Will spawn to shoebox soon.

3/8 - first jar spawned to shoebox 1:2 ratio. No pics because lazy. No LITFA and wait for pins.

3/26 - first shoebox has pins - I also suspect it’s bacterial based on lack of colonization of the substrate but hoping I can get a flush out of it. To be fair it was experimental as it was a T0 swab plate that I sent to grain because it looked decent.

I have a second jar that was sent to two ziplocks to fruit and that is looking super strong at about a week in.

3/29 - bacterial shoebox first flush still looking decent 🤷‍♂️

Hell yes, I'm in! If we're using spores, I have the following varieties on hand:
Pan Cyan - no further labeling
Pan Cyan - MIB
Ps. Nat/Ochra - labeled as "Nat", we shall see
Ps. cubensis - x7x+ swabs from a plin that spooted many spores
Ps. cubensis - Leucistic Golden Teacher, prints from my outdoor patch

Being part of this should help me get better at documenting stuff, and spores to agar will be a new adventure! And a little birdie told me I might be getting a gift of some cultures soon, so stay tuned!

Oh hell yeah, I'm literally about to pc my agar right now. I'll do a 20 year old cultivated unknown print, likely a PE but we're unsure, classic gt, and another 20 year old cultivated unknown. Basically had a friend of a friend many moons ago who grew and had some prints passed on to me that are unlabeled. Super excited to get my hands on them. My expectations are low except for the gt but fingers crossed!

12/22/24
Today I nearly lost my sanity venting my pressure cooker. It all started when I triple guessed my numbers and redid my agar 3 times. I finally settled on a softer recipe to hopefully rehydrate these old spores. 1000ml dh2o, 18g agar, 16g of lme. So all said and done, now for the easy part.. Sterilizing my agar. Things started simple enough but you know when you've done something multiple times and for some reason all common sense flies out the window because you think somethings wrong? That's what happened. I'm not used to induction and how hot it can get and I'm used to seeing a stream of steam from the vent to know if all the air is properly vented. Not this time, no visible steam. I quickly went to the forums, surely I'm doing something wrong. I've visually inspected everything and it's ok. Long story short the pressure cooker won. I couldn't take it anymore, I slid my unfinished business to the side and went to bed around midnight. On the plus side at least I had learned not to use water from a water softener because of the salt content.

12/23/24
A new day. My sanity somewhat restored. After moping to the forums and rereading everything over a cup of coffee I decided to start fresh. I cleaned everything and started from scratch. New agar, same recipe, and decided to toss in the rest of my cryo vials. This time I didn't look for a solid stream of steam, I just vented for 20 minutes said fuck it and tossed the weight on. 20 minutes later after 'sterilizing' my SAB(if you haven't done it before I love using a damp towel on the bottom, probably helps slow down any air currents you may accidentally create and/or catch anything and hold it during the process) it was time to get to work. After taking my 120 degree agar media bottle from it's sous vide water bath everything went thankfully much smoother today. I feel like I'm back on track.

04/04/25
Sadly life took a toll over the past few months. Had to step away from this and focus on unfortunate family circumstances. I see everyone's doing well though and I'm excited to jump back in, sadly not in LAG 2025. Maybe next year :/

Ok I'm joining on this! Will try to do it with some GT spores I've got and later with some x7x+ and riptide spores when I get a first flush

01.01.25:
Life happened and my cats ruined my GT prints  Luckily I got some MIB red spores and WEZA from a giveaway so today I started by streaking those plates. As soon as I get a new flush from GTs I will print them with the x7x+, riptide and AA+

01.03.25:
I’m adding to my list some fancy wild strains from 3AM: Burringbar pan cyans, K.Leigh cubes and slippery/sharps crossing cubes. Just streaked to the plates today and hoping to see growth soon

01.06.25:
Six day later we have germination in the WEZA and MIB RS plates!! The mib is still too small to show on photos, but here’s some WEZA early growth

01.10.25:
WEZA, MIB RS and Burringbar are fast growers. I guess it’s really true pan cyans are fast boys. Took transfers from Weza and Mib and will wait a bit more for the Bbar.

This sounds like a fun tradition! Plus, I did mean to document my next grows a little more neatly. No better motivation for that than growing along with the community!

I know for sure I can start with some P. Djamor, and I am hoping that my GT box will a)pull through and b) give me some nice caps to print prior to the grow along. If it's okay, I'll update my post in the coming days, when it's a little clearer what spores may be available.

I'm excited to start the year with all of you!

December 26th, 2024:

Prepped 20x no-pour PDA plates. These are cooling as of log entry, and should be ready to wrap by tonight. Followed Yoshi Trainer's Low Prep Agar and milkboy's PDA recipe, but with green food coloring I used Karo instead of molasses. But I've had awful luck finding the latter every time I've tried. Resulted in a slightly-opaque teal (will post pictures tomorrow. Predict I might be a bit tired for a long edit after collecting a wild find from yesterday)

December 27th, 2024:

Wrapped plates. Results were definitely not the cleanest, though that's partly due to me not adding the filter-patch bags the tek called for, and some dishes ending up a little wet. Still, most of them seem usable, and I feel as though my SAB work was a little cleaner, more deliberate. So, surely, some plates will be ready for germination on Jan 1st.

December 30th:

Collected GT print(s), just in time.

Print from P. Djamor top fruited grow.

January 1st!

Happy New Year! (she says, a whole day after doing this. But I started yesterday!) On with the update.

3 petris were streaked with one of my GT prints, 3 with one of the P. Djamor. Followed streaking pattern as demonstrated in c10's Agar guide, using BOD's DYI inoculation loop. First plate was a bit sloppy and I dug into the agar a smidge, but my touch was much gentler with all the rest.

As a side note, decently sure some of my blank dishes are growing... something. Having had to ditch 5 at this point, I might whip up an auxiliary agar batch. I'll likely add that as an update were it to happen. Further, if my plates suddenly had uneven shades of green, that'd be why  As it stands, provided the rest of my empty plates are good, I should still have enough for T1s and possibly T2s. Simply writing this down so I have it fresh in my mind as I revisit for updates.

Jan 8 (ignore me editing this WAY after the fact)

P. Djamor prime, think it might be trich or a mold :frown: I'm Greene, and I grow moldy stuff :frown: Hard to see in the picture, but the green/black dots have expanded. Have separated that plate (along with a few other poorly wrapped/stored no-pours) to clean thoroughly and try again.

As a followup to the log, so far none of my 6 plates have germinated. Some show very limited bacterial growth (near where I streaked spores), so... hope's alive for transferable myc. Maybe. Three of them (1 GT, and the non-triched Djamor plates)... well, they're faring worse.

The worse-looking plates were dealt with.

Jan 20 Update!

So, I see what strikes me as Germination in one of the remaining 2 GT plates! It took a bit, likely a mix of stubbornness and cold temps. But it's something! Not the best pic, but I can see a few patches, roughly circular. There are other competitors on that plate, though. So I'll likely xfer to a "just in case" BRF puck as well as a couple of fresh plates.

The other GT plate is very quiet, still. But it looks to have the least absolute growth. But it may just be shy/undetectable my monkey eyes atm. We'll have to wait and see.

As for the surviving P. Djamor plate...

It's looking grim. Looks even worse IRL  Prolly gonna toss that, start the spores again into a puck. On the bright side, it'll make my log a little simpler to just keep track of GT. Specially due to some unrelated projects creeping in (myco and otherwise).

T1s will have to wait until Wednesday due to some work/paperwork/busywork stuff. By then, both GT plates should give me more information to work off of. Feeling nervous, but excited!

26/1 Update:

Took 2 T1s via Josex' Poke into fresh plates. I chose to take them from the plate further back, as growth has been much more noticeable. Should see results in a few days, but I'll try to stay patient. Mornings/nights have been fairly cold so I can't expect everything to progress at breakneck speeds. It's an opportunity to practice patience

Once I was done, the new (now blue and improved!) PDA plates were wrapped and labeled.

They came out slightly tilted/uneven, but they should work alright. I'll get em prettier next time :fairy:

I'm in.

I'm running an AA+ print and PE swab, both taken from last year's LAGM.

Let's get cookin :fancycook:

January 1, 2025

I did 3 germination plates of each variety.  Two plates I streaked with a swab, and the last plate I grabbed some of the swab with tweezers and stuck that to agar.  It worked for the AA+, but I couldn't get the PE swab off the tweezers...got pretty mangled in there

January 18, 2025

Made 4 T1's of AA+.  All 3 plates had germinated.

Went swab > 3 pucks with a fresh PE swab, as there was no action on the 3 agar germ plates.

February 2, 2025

PE: One PE puck shows possible germination, but what looks like cube myc is already surrounded and overrun by competitor myc.  It is scheduled for an afternoon yeet.

AA+: Made 3 T2's from 1 plate of AA+.

Not sure if I'll use any of the other T1's.  Two are growing uniform but are slow and look lackluster.  The other has serious scalloping.

February 7, 2025

Confirmed germination on two PE pucks

:awegroove:

February 9, 2025

I sent 3 shady T1's of AA+ > trenched brf pucks via josex poke

February 25, 2025

PE: T1's are well-rooted and starting to spread out.  Excited to see how this myc presents itself.

AA+: Sent a T2 plate > 7 jars of low-prep oats.

I noticed a filter failure as I was slapping labels on the lids...felt like the silicone was no longer sealed and the filter was peeling up.  I secured the edges with micropore, now I hope for the best.

Either way, it feels good to send it :mushroom2:

March 3, 2025

Sent two T1's of PE to grain.

March 8, 2025

PE jumping off

March 16, 2025

PE few days after a shake

March 24, 2025

Sent an AA+ T2 plate > 2 Mudas

Sent a PE germ puck > a Muda

March 28, 2025

Sent some PE to a tub :awegroove: and tried a laymix for the first time.  Grain to coir 1:4.5 lightly compacted and holes left half covered.

AA+ not lookin so hot 4+ weeks in  probably gonna top fruit this one.

April 16, 2025

PE.  Very blobby first flush.  I kept a handful of golfballs and discarded the rest.  Too dirty to mess with.

It smelled so good in there.  Sprayed and recased.  Hoping for some regular fruits on the next one.

April 20, 2025

This tub has gone rogue!

Some tenacious blobs lifted up the sub and the bottom was covered in fruits, so I flipped it and moved it to a wider tub.  Once again, it smelled so good in there.

The culprits

Gotta give the freaks a chance.  It's the shroomy way.

I will be participating in this thread. This is my place-marker for my grow-log

12-23-24
Christmas Eve Eve. Signed up for the preemptive, proactive, maybe/slightly unofficial (?) Let's All Grow Mushrooms 2025 thread. Even if it's not the official one I'm treating it like it is. I think it already is.

Oh yeah. I will be growing ps. subtropicalis, pan. cyanescens TTBVI, and ps. ovoideocystidiata.
3 sp.
Maybe a cube in there somewhere too.

not 2025. ill be doing gandolf, ape and maybe a pan if i can find my print collection.

i got lucky with my work schedule and holidays i get back to back 3day weekends. plenty of time to cook up some agar and pour some plates.

Fuck it, I'm in.  Just place marking until I can get home and go through my spores, but if I still have a Psilocybe cyanescens print I'm definitely doing those.  Some random cube from the huge selection kind members sent after I rigged an entire contest, and maybe, just maybe, a pan for the first time.

QQ:  Can BRF puck plates be used to start stubborn swabs then transferred to agar after germination?  Asking for someone with a lot of swabs.

Step one:  Get zooted on ketamine and weed, then annoy my partner.

I decided to go with some classic cubes for this round, just been wanting that tub full of regular ass cubes feeling.  Texas orange cap and Koh Samui for cubes, and Psilocybe cyanescens for woodlovers.  I've got some fun plans for the cyans, more to come.

Being someone who's had difficulty starting old spores, and good luck with BRF pucks, I'd say yes, specifically in the order of:

Stubborn swab -> BRF Puck -> Agar [Starting Point]

I'll update the OP
