Let's do some dick measuring math let's say the democratics 1000 bucks a month plan per adult became policy. In 2022 there were
260,046,087 adult Americans.  260,046,087×1000×12= 3,120,553,044,000 dallors a year. United States brings $4.92 trillion in taxes a year,  but fuck it double all taxes make it 9.84 trillion a year.
Your will to give 0.3171293744% of the new taxes each year to everyone to still lives with nothing barely living in a 1 bedroom apartment with 3 other roommates to survive.
