Is it .5 or 5.0 micron for fruiting? I do not want to poke holes or cut the bags whatsoever.

I don’t have any experience with grow bags other than what I’ve been getting as freebies, and I can tell you this:
The only thing you can truly set and forget, is a stage.
You can set and forget and agar plate until it’s colonised. Once put to grain, you can set and forget the jar. Once spawned to bulk, you can set and forget the tub if it’s dialled in correctly.

If you want to do bags, where you inoculate them and leave them, you will eventually have to cut holes in them for sufficient FAE. .3 microns is simply not enough FAE and 5 microns is way too big to keep anything sterile.

Someone with bag experience might counter me on this, but if you want to do bags, I’d suggest spawning to bags instead of tubs, but going the whole route to clean spawn jars.
