I see bacteria...I've had success isolating growth away from it using a trench cut in the agar and allowing the mycelium to jump the gap and take a transfer from the other side of the trench.

Thank you! It's just a cell phone camera. 😂 I have a big ring light and couple of small fill lights. I use a black background. I crop/edit them a bit, I usually add a vignette to darken the corners.
