Noob post, and probably the least impressive pic here, but I'm so excite I just gotta share with somebody!

My first try at PF Tek was too wet and went moldy. My second try only one jar ever took off and never fully colonized. This is my third try, and all four jars took off like rockets. Sam, Dean, and Cas are in a water box above this waiting to fruit, while Bobby here was shredded into coir. Six months of trying, thinking I was doomed, now I've got this gorgeous fella. I can hardly believe it!

I used the most low tech methods of hybridisation, hence a lot of uncertainty if any hybridisation has happened.

I took a swab of nats and a swab of DC Mac and mixed them both together on the same plate, grew the plate out, then dropped the whole plate into a jar and prayed :lol:

I have a PF Cake that I shot up with a mix of the spores that was birthed today as well.

I also made a blender that can withstand the PC, and will try blending colonised grains and/or agar together in sterile water, but I'm saving that for when I have a nice DC Mac clone culture, and today I took some clones so that project will be coming up soon.

One way or another I will cross nats with other things!

My F0 gen crosses always look kinda chocolaty like that. Also the early veil rip. I'd say there is a good chance your cross worked.
