I’d love to figure out why my growth is so weak without nutritional yeast. Not that it’s a big deal, but I do like the clarity. It’s attractive.

I actually ordered LME and was shipped regular malt extract. Idk. I have killer growth these days with the added yeast, so I see no real reason to stop. Plate clarity is awesome, but rapid, clean growth is better.

Why don't use just dissolve the NY in water, filter that water and add it to your broth? That would give you clear with NY :shrug:
