There is no Edison county in the United States.

I read an article on my phone at work last night. As qman said there's quite a cash grab going on here. The faithful think they are contributing for a recount and legal battle against the election results. Most of the money is going into Trump's "leadership" PAC, which has little regulation on who is getting that cash or for what purpose. Sidney Powell is soliciting contributions that go directly into her law firm's checking account.

Because I've read the Trump campaign court decision where Giuliani said "[the Campaign] doesn’t plead fraud. . . . [T]his is not a fraud case.”

It's important to remember people are under oath in court, and not during political theatre press conferences.

Giuliani wasn't under oath in that hearing.  Lawyers rarely are under oath in court.  The important thing to remember is that lawyers can't just allege whatever they want in a complaint.  They are supposed to have done their due diligence and determined a factual basis for allegations before filing them with the court.  Similarly, statements made to the court have to have a factual basis.

That is the reason most of the lawsuits have been about tangential issues instead of election fraud.  In order to plead fraud, a plaintiff has to plead specific facts, and lawyers have been unable to do that ethically for the most part.  Powell's lawsuits are really the first to do it in any meaningful way, and she took a big risk doing that.  We'll see very soon how those play out, but I doubt they'll go well for her.

They have 12 days before it’s over. Maybe they shouldn’t have waited an entire month before presenting evidence. Like everything in Trump world, it’s just incompetence and lies.

People have been dismissing it as though he doesn't have it.  Maybe he doesn't, but how do we know that?

Correct, and I AM STILL SAYING I want to see the evidence.  No different than always.

What I am pointing out is that many people here are saying he won't have the evidence, which might be true, but I don't know how anyone here knows that.  :shrug:

It's simple. If he had it, he would present it in court. He hasn't, and the electors cast their votes in less than two weeks.

Yeah if has has evidence he believes can flip the election outcome, it's certainly an unconventional strategy not to use it before the chance to change the outcome passes. Unless he doesn't want to win for some reason.

Proving the non-existence of hypothetical amazing evidence is a tall order, but we can at least say it's fairly implausible he would act in this way if he had it.

It really is that simple, and made even simpler by trump’s own justice department admitting that there was no fraud found. Anyone still arguing is just being disingenuous.

So let's take a look at one example above.  In Pittsburgh, over 15,000 voters had to cast provisional ballots because they were told they already voted, unbeknownst to them.

Is this not evidence of voter fraud?
