I don't need to watch Debbie Does Dallas to know it's not a video tutorial of drywall repair. I don't have to watch a video of a lawyer talking to know it's not evidence of fraud.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

Maybe. And many more are claiming it's not. Just like the videos we're talking about. I'm one of those people who watched it and saw no evidence of fraud.

If you can't be bothered to look for yourself, you shouldn't be judging others for avoiding same.

Where did I provide an opinion on a video? - I have an opinion on the claims of electoral fraud, derived from my amateur reading of the various court decisions. Reading the court decisions is sufficient to form a reasonable opinion on the validity of the claims of electoral fraud - watching hours of video wasn't necessary.

As Enlil already noted, it is neither necessary nor reasonable to examine every tangentially related piece of information before forming a conclusion. In fact, the ability to discriminate between relevant and irrelevant information is an important part of human cognitive functioning.

I saw the Giuliani press conference where he said he would present evidence of the following:

In every swing state, inspectors weren't allowed to get close enough to the ballots to inspect them.

Pennsylvania
682,770 mail in ballots didn't get inspected.  60 witnesses swore under penalty of perjury that this was the case, rendering their function as inspectors worthless.
Ballots that weren't properly sealed weren't allowed to be counted in Republican counties, but did get allowed in big cities.
In Pittsburgh, over 15,000 voters had to cast provisional ballots because they were told they already voted, unbeknownst to them.

Michigan
Collected affidavits from 220 people saying that:
- Election workers were told not to check voter IDs.
- Election workers were told not to check the signatures on absentee ballots.
- Election workers were seen coaching voters to vote Biden.
3 election workers said they witnessed Biden ballots being run through the counting machines multiple times.

Wisconsin
Had 100,000 unrequested absentee ballots mailed to people in Milwaukee and Madison against Wisconsin law.
Had many districts with 150%-350% voter turnout

Georgia, Arizona, New Mexico, Virginia, and Nevada
Had similar findings.


So how do you know Giuliani doesn't have this evidence before he presents it in court?

What do the right wing nutjobs not get about protecting voter ballot privacy? Those observers claim they just wanted to innocently watch over when in reality they were nothing but disruptive on purpose. Things like demanding to be less than 6 ft away from ppl during the pandemic and then when people say absolutely no that ridiculous they cry voter fraud. Its all bullshit.

That’s how pathetically unprepared and unprofessional these trump lawyers have been:

Stuff like voter fraud allegations in Edison county, MI. There is no Edison county Michigan.

You're missing the point here.  Setting aside that most of the things you said, even if true, wouldn't be evidence of election fraud, you're moving the goal posts.  You came in here complaining that no one was discussing the evidence.  We've been saying, "we haven't seen any evidence." We still haven't.  Now you're criticizing people for not discussing barefaced allegations made by a lawyer in a press conference.

Guiliani saying that he has affidavits isn't evidence of fraud.  Show us the affidavits.  Show us the actual evidence, and then we can discuss it.  How can we possibly discuss vague explanations from a lawyer about what he thinks the evidence shows?

If Rudy were a member of this site and he posted word for word, everything he said in that press conference, YOU would quote all of the same things you quoted in your post and respond with "Source?  Or make believe?"  Rudy isn't a source.  Rudy isn't a witness.  He's a guy giving his opinion about how things went down.  More precisely, he's an advocate paid to hold a particular opinion and convince others to adopt that opinion.  Until he produces the evidence he claims to have, he's no different from some rando on this site making wild claims without anything to back them up.

As of today, one month from the election, no evidence of any of that has been shown in court, and many of those allegations have already failed in court. That's all we have at the moment, BTW.  Allegations made by lawyers.  Everything in that press conference is allegation.  Until evidence is shown, it's all meaningless, and the clock is ticking.
