The provisional ballot situation is real, but it’s not the make believe the Fal is pushing. It also wasn’t voter fraud.

Allegheny County, which contains Pittsburgh, sent out a bunch of mail in ballots with errors. People sent them in before the issue was realized. So a lot of people who sent mail in ballots went and filed a provisional ballot, which nullified the mail in ballot. So technically they had already voted, but the provisional ballot is a legitimate process. No fraud involved. 1.3 million people live in Allegheny County. So 15k is a drop in the bucket, but the process worked fine ultimately, despite the mail in ballot issue.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court refused to hear Trump's case by a 4-3 decision. One conservative Justice joined three liberals saying that the case had been improperly filed and needed to go through the lower courts. Team Trump said with 11 days left till the electoral college casts it's votes, they didn't have time to follow legal protocols.

What little knowledge I picked up from personal and business litigation, this legal team strike force is laughable. Thank goodness we still have institutions that can still filter out bullshit.

To be clear, I'm not the one pushing it, Giuliani is.  I'm the one asking for a discussion about it rather than the usual "Trump's a big fat poo fat poo head!" that I've mostly been seeing.

No. You don’t even know that it’s true. Where’s the evidence this happened? Do they record that info when someone uses a provisional ballot? “Mrs. Jones says she didn’t vote by mail?”

Ok fine James Bopp Jr. For example was the representative for a few cases. So not Giuliani but giuliani is the head of trump's legal team and supported all those cases. So that would be a red flag for his credibility in the same way.
