Yeah it all writes about you can use certain triptamine to boost the potency but no one talks about what happenes to triptamines that is sterilized(15psi 121 C for 10 minutes).I think heat breaks bonds of the triptamine alkaloids. Am I wrong here?
Anybody please help!

so you're looking for heat free sterilization? Radation, Light treatment might be a possibility. OR, powdered forms of the triptamine could be later injected into maturing jars, as the mycelium grows. This would allow the active triptamines to integrate with the growing media after sterilization. Even injection before or soon after innoculation would do the job, just get somthing to adgitate the media and spread out the triptamines.
What kinds of plants do these naturally occur in? Are the triptamines a precursor to other things?

Good idea CSC light steralization. I remember reading somewhere that the sun naturally sterilizes. Mabey you can put your phalaris in a sealed bag and set it out in the sun for a couple of hours to steralize it.
Or
You can dry the phalaris like you do the mushrooms. Then crush the dry plant into a powder. Add the powder to water put it in a syringe, and steralize the syringe with light treatment.
Anyone else ever hear about using the sun to steralize things?

look up UV radiation, there are ways of concentrating this light energy to sterilize, i'm not sure of the exact name though, but yeah give it a treatment while in the syringe.

I think it's an idea worth trying. You wouldn't need to sterilize the philaris hay, just pasteruize it like you you would straw. Soak it in 160F water for half hour to 45 min and innoculate with grain spawn. It would almost certainly produce a large crop of shrooms. I'm curious if they would be more potent.
160F shouldn't harm the active ingredients in Philaris. You can smoke the extract and some FAQs on extracting mention using heat.

If some one does go through with this experiment make sure that you give a update on the potency, I think that there is a very good chance that adding N,N-dimethyltryptamine will increase the potency because it is on the metabolic pathway to psilocybin production and it is after the feedback mechanisms.

Here is another way to prepare the phalaris grass. Just substitute the grass for the Demanthus Illinoesis root bark.
