Says the guy who's pro-immigration and pro-globalism.  :rofl2:

This.

Leftists name call. Meanwhile they have their own issues that are destroying the country.

Just remember this.

Whatever happens, the leftists will attack you personally.

Don't worry though!

They allow you to see how normally polite you are.

The left are Adult name callers who want to save the world from racism, global warming, capitalism, and the patriarchy.

Strange, they can't utter a sentence without attacking someone personally.

I can't imagine their ideas and rhetoric will make it far in the US or the world.

Most on the left are too stupid to understand and realize they're advocates for The Elites social and economic agendas.

Yes, the disconnect is vocabulary.

Instead of slaves, it's a sanctuary for cheap labor from South of the border.

You see, the change is in the fancy progressive way that labor is exploited.

But the story hasn't changed.

Cheap and imported Latin labor (like imported slaves) v. American citizens.

It was always the Dems and still is.

They never changed.

Two years ago? Nah. Today? Hell yeah. I could see you goose-stepping with your arm out facing donald.

The idea that government exists only to maintain a military and nothing else is becoming a much more common refrain among conservatives. A little bit ago, it was the fringe crazy right.

Then again, Republicans started the EPA fifty years ago, today they call it fake news. There's been a lot of cultural and social regression and devolution on the right wing lately.

"anti-globalism"

This isn't about not trading, it's about not having a potential world central government.  It's also about not being able to control one's immigration policies.

The current issue with US trade is the massive trade deficit. This deficit exists because other countries use tariffs and currency manipulations to benefit themselves at the US workers expense.

Trump and his supporters want a balance of trade, not no trade at all.  The imbalance of trade is responsible for the massive wealth inequality and stagnant wages in the US.

I can't understand why any US worker would be pro-globalism. Immigration and trade has destroyed the US middle-class.

So, what's so bad about a central world government? You seem to like the idea of state government, what makes a world government inherently bad, while a state government is good?

Of course other countries use currency manipulation and tariffs. So do we. The USD is the reserve currency of the world, and until recently (thanks, donald!), all oil transactions happened in USD. Which means that the purchasing country would have to buy USD (giving us a cut), and the selling country had to then sell USD (giving us a cut again). We have tariffs on virtually everywhere in the world. Why do you think Ford and Chevy pickups even exist today? 25% tariff on all light truck imports. This is also, coincidentally, why ford and chevy pickups in the US cost ~20% more than everywhere else.

You don't think spending 5-10% of their income on medical insurance while wages remained stagnant due to the destruction of Unions by granddaddy Reagan had anything to do with the middle class falling apart? A lot of those jobs are service jobs, too. So tariffs won't actually affect them in any way.

Productivity has gone up. Average income has gone up. The 1% are making 4x as much as they were making ~40 years ago. It's just that median income has stayed the same. Everyone else has about the same purchasing power as they did in Reagan's time. But as supply side Jesus says: Average income is going up, so the economy is doing GREAT! MAGA! Except for when it isn't, because it's sometimes politically inconvenient.

Our tariffs are minuscule relative to our trading partners, so I don't really see the point of making that argument. Today, the US is still experiencing a growing trade deficit.

I also agree that the destruction of unions is problematic for the US worker.

Depends on which definition of globalism we’re using today. You realize the ruling class already doesn’t abide by borders? Borders only restrict labor. If the ruling class didn’t have us all sequestered in different nations with different labor laws and different wage systems and different standards of living, globalism would be a good thing.

You only think nationalism is good because you’re the house n*gger.  While the rest of the world slaves away in the fields, you’re baking pies and making tea. You lucked out and got the best available position for a working class human: you were born inside the imperial center, whose workers get the highest standard of living among all working classes. If you were born in Haiti something tells me you wouldn’t be so high and mighty about nationalism. Yet you still refuse to accept that where and when you happened to be born has any effect on your ideology. Sad.

I have always stated I don't blame the migrants for wanting a better life, my issue is that it's at my expense. I guess you would suggest I should lower my standard of living to have others benefit from it, I'm not willing to do so.

Does that make my stance on nationalism hypocritical? I don't believe so.

so if this could be managed without it being at your expense you would be ok with it? or would you just automatically assume that if there's a solution put to work on the issue that it would somehow cut into your benefit?

like what if they cut out funding for a totally unnecessary gov agency like the dea and put that funding to actual good use?

We have a labor market that hasn't seen real wage growth for several decades due to immigration and globalization.  That's a serious issue that lowers US citizens standard of living.

Illegals also use up to 8 times more in tax revenue than they generate.  Who makes up the difference?  US citizens.

The Elite are always pro-immigration, it dilutes wages for ALL US citizens.  They don't give two fucks about "cultural diversity" or any of the lefts talking points.  It's always about the money.
