Made what? A fool of himself? Yes, he certainly did.

Well, he is human after all. What do you expect? Robots who show no emotion? I think that would be an antisocial person.

Professionalism. That's what I expect from a judge.

It's a win for the people because Kavanaugh is a constitutionalist and textualist. He is by the book.

I like that.

He’s a textualist except when it comes to the meaning of shit he wrote in his yearbook.

Weird how he's lied under oath multiple times about being involved in crimes.

As for crying, Qmaiin, I think you are misjudging the pain of this type of allegation. For him, it wasn't about a job so much as his family.

Emotion after being accused of sexual assault in front of the whole nation and your family is something none of us know. How do you judge that kind of pain? Have you felt it before?

I could say the same thing about anybody being accused of a crime.

I dont want a judge on desk that is so easily swayed by emotion. If an accused
criminal was on kavanaugh's bench, i doubt he would give the accused a break just
because he cried and showed emotion, neither should you.

If someone in his court behaved the way he did, they would be charged with contempt.

I love how the “everyone is presumed innocent” crowd is the same as the “shoot first, ask questions later” crowd.

That's hardly an insult coming from someone who defends a 36 year old story without corroboration.

Whether it be a court case or not, people have the right to a presumption of innocence. If this human right is abandoned, anybody can take anybody down using libel.

It would be a sick nation. There is a reason Kavanaugh was confirmed. People came to reason.

And if we are judging people based on their college drinking habits, then look at our last president who drank, smoked weed, and blew coke.

You can't have your cake and eat it too.

I don’t know. You would think the guy who wrote the star report wouldn’t be so sensitive when he got some of the same treatment he dished out for five years.

I presumed him innocent until I heard his testimony.  Now I am convinced he's guilty as fuck.

If he gets visibly mad because he doesn’t like the questions he’s being asked at a job interview, imagine what he’s like when a girl doesn’t want to have sex with him and starts yelling. Oh wait... we don’t have to imagine.

He came across exactly how I would expect someone who sexually assaults women to act. His internal battle between entitlement and shame was on full display.

They've succeeded. The media, big brother, the right, the left.

Look at what they've done. The entire country is in turmoil right now.

We are all screwed.

It's not in turmoil. Just because we debate like gangsters doesn't mean violence is on the rise.

Well, I live in mid America hillbilly haven. It's all I've known since birth.

I dont see the big marches and protests that are going on right now. Actually I'm glad I dont have to see that shit.

I go to work and take care if me and my fam. I'm sheltered from all the bullshit the media puts on TV just by my geographical location.

I'm happy just being me. I wish everyone else was the same.

Yeah, just imagine how silly your "just imagine" scenarios are here.

The guy is on the court because nobody cares he got drunk a bunch of times in college just like everyone else did at the time.

Trump doesn't respect a man breaking down under pressure. When Trump is attacked and comes back even harder.

Trump has been accused a million times for sexual assault, he doesn't cry about it. He verbally assaults them back and destroys their credibility, that's what Kavanaugh should have done in this case.

I see it as merit. He is qualified.

Why do you care about what Trump likes in a man? Trump is happy for the confirmation.

I'm convinced that she is credible.  After when she said she remember this in her 'hippocampusm' and she remembers it.

That seals the deal for me.  :crazybeard:
