once a day, sometimes have to go a couple of days but if I can its once a day. if in a relationship and getting some its stil once a day only sex is the substitute. if I fuck there is no need to rub one out. but if a day goes by that I don't, the urge is strong

from the studies I have seen not ejaculating builds testosterone to a point. 6 days average, then on the 7th day if there is not a release testosterone levels drop trough the floor.

so every 7th day to build testosterone levels, and every other day to reduce the probability of prostate cancer
