Is that azurs tek boy? Ive never had an uncolonized top layer of cvg like that with pins. Like, casing always colonized for be before or right when pins started. Maybe my cultures weren't as aggressive as that

Thats advanced MS. If you are good enough to make your own spore solution and are confident on its sterility, I won't say a god damn word about your methods.
But getting a syringe from a vendor or a user and spraying it all willy nilly is where I'll step in to say there are better ways.
And if you wanna do it anyway, go for it. Ive done it too

Ive had much better results than that because I practice what I preach.
And no, not FAE issues.

Its just cvg(i might have even forgotten the g) and 5 quarts spawn. mixed all up
and a thin top layer applied.

i didnt really follow any tek directly :shrug:

tape only. i have cats.

plus i remove the handles on my totes. the holes from them allow a nice touch
of extra air. just keep an eye on your surface conditions.

Poly/micropore tape on the bottom at spawn though it the way to go if you have a loose lid then.

Cuz he wants to be in the cool kids club. I can see one potential benefit here... You could send very clean spore syringes to n00blets, without any of the legal concerns associated with sending LC's/clones.
