That seems likely, I forget the exact date but it's January next year after administrations formally switch over.

Obama is avoiding being the one to do something.

...yes. Thats why I asked why there's not a clause against it and not why he's allowed to do it.

I'd not thought about it before but that is definitely a conflict of interest and I personally don't think any politican should be allowed to hold stock in private company.
