No, but the UN said that he did have a LOT of Rician in the country before the war, they just hadn't found it.

So the possibility is there, with the chaos and looting during the war i'm sure it could of gotten in anybodys hands by now, and doesn't take much to smuggle into the country.

I'm suprised they haven't tried to unleash some chem or bio weapons in this country yet, we've already caught terrorists in California(since 9/11) in possession of Bio and Chem agents!

Ricin can be extracted from beans. It's not exactly state of the art weapons technology. Anybody could make rather large quantities of Ricin.

So, yeah it's possible that Saddam is behind this. It's also possible that some twelve year old kid mailed them an envelope of his castor beans extract.

Remember last time in Iraq with the shells? Early tests showed it was blister gas, but a real test showed that it was NOTHING. Its still in the early tests. Its probably CoffeeMate.

Yeah they were big into that, and have admitted to selling a lot of WMD to Saddam after the Soviet Union fell in 1989.

It's also scary to think that a lot of their nukes are still unaccounted for, they have no idea what happened to a lot of them.
