Yeah. Aluminum foil and tongue on metal window screen. This is a rather banal sensate thing though.

I get these sensations quite frequent now, and with no control!
Occupying my whole body accompanied with feelings of weightlessness/
burning or cold rushing threw body, strong metallic sensations in mouth and throat,
tingling in arms- even cramps to the degree I couldn't move or
control my fingers. (could have been caused off hyperventilation(?)

And I feel that I am losing more and more connection with my body..
Sometimes they come in waves that kinda throws me out of the body-
and I glide softly back into place..

This can make me panic, so my doctor says its all anxiety attacks.
But I cant help notice the similarity to kundalini energy- and the
fact that it triggers the panic, not the other way around.

Several times a day I get these subtle muscle twitches all over the body.. Just a finger, a muscle in my
face or it could be my whole arm/leg etc.

I want it to stop, its taking over my life. How can I stop this?
Or how can I integrate it? Any help would be much appreciated!

there is always a few things going on, so it is best to sit back and watch what is new in your mental contents - inclusively...
sensations, pressures, posture, visual, auditory, smell, taste, memory, ideation.
it's like a big mandala with several smaller mandalas containing little colored buddhas in it
and each moment it can be a bit different collection or mandala of mandalas.

when you get sucked into any one "skandha" (one of the minor mandalas in the big mandala) you lose your great perspective.

get back to seeing all of it as nimbly as you can.

I get the metal taste on LSD come ups. Never had it with other psychedelics though.
