Underage but past puberty is pretty natural.  But its also generally not gonna be good for her and its best if you dont mess around with them, both legally and morally.

I kinda know what you are talking about OP, I have approached women in public only to be told they were 16 or 17. It's a very uncomfortable experience. Plus I watched Taxi Driver last night and I'd be lying if I said I found nothing attractive about Jodie Foster in that movie.

It all depends on how developed the girl is. It's pretty natural. Anyone that says they're not attracted to 15 year olds who are developed is full of shit. Males are attracted to fertility and if a girl looks like she can produce children at 15, you will be attracted to her. Similarly, if she looks like she can't at 19, you're not going to be attracted to her. If you're attracted to girls who aren't developed yet, you have a problem and really need to keep yourself in check. I mean, you really need to see a therapist because it seems like an addiction in the people I've seen. Men who are attracted to adults don't go out and rape when they go without sex for a long time yet pedophiles tend to often. It's not the same type of attraction at all.

I don't have a prejudice against you if you have sex with 15 or 16 year olds who have raging sex drives and want to fuck. However, if you're talking these young girls into sex, yeah, fuck you.

I personally think it's wrong to blame the pedophile for society's hangups regarding the age of consent. Like a gay person, a pedophile can't help that he's attracted to kids; the problem comes from the society that has declared his preferences abomination. Furthermore, I think it's insulting to children to reject their ability to give consent. If a kid wants to have sex they should be encouraged to explore safely without the fear that their older partners will be incarcerated.

Still, I think the locus of anger should be aimed at rape and its perpetrators, not people whose predilections contradict your ideals. Rape is rape regardless to the age of its victim, and I disagree the ability to give consent hinges on age alone. I find the whole idea really screwy.

Not really, you're presenting the extreme version of what I claim.

An eight year old almost certainly has no sexual development and is at a very early stage of development, so it probably wouldn't be appropriate, and parents should have recourse for punishing sexual predators. I think that is why we call 18 the "age of consent," because we generally consider minors spoken-for by their parents. But it's very rigid and it restricts people's freedom by imposing a narrow set of ideals upon everybody. For example, some minors go through court proceedings to divorce their parents and live independently - are they incapable of giving consent? I am just saying the law should be more flexible and our generalizations should be relaxed.

Well there is some leniency some states age of consent is under 18. Some states also don't bring charges if it was consenting and within a certain age range. I guess for some the rules aren't lax enough but then that would defeat the point right? Human brains aren't even done growing till early 20's I don't think someone half that age 10-13ish is really ready to deal with the consequences.....especially pregnancy when they are still being cared for by parents. It's just too much responsibility for a child with zero life experience to make. Yah there is a grey area with these things just like drugs but we gotta make due with what's available to us. :shrug:

In order to do this you have to be 16. The Government can't let a child live on there own if they are not old enough to work. The differences between a 13 year old and a 16 year old are major neural connections in the brain of the frontal lobe. The reason 18 is considered an adult is because this is the average age at which this process slows down, usually stopping at around 21 or so. I'm not saying they made the law based on this, i'm saying our brains are not adults until it is fully developed. That is why we have parents to make sure we don't do fucked up shit while we don't have the brain power to fully process consequences. Your ideas sound good for a nice little giggle and a thought out of the box. You just don't have a very good understanding of the consequences of your own ideas.
