Not true FOR ME.  I don't know how many times in my life I'd eaten a steak or a piece of chicken, and had that hunk of flesh just sit in my belly like a fucking rock for HOURS.  I sometimes would get nauseous and throw up 5 hours later and it was still intact!

That's fucked up, so I stopped eating meat.

Hey, y'alls I was away for Thanksgiving where my girlfriend and I enjoyed a delicious vegetarian roast. The rest of the family partook, as well as ingesting Turkey.

Since 2005. I was vegan for a while. Now I don't eat meat, or drink bovine lactose. I try to stay away from eggs, but they sneak in there, and sometimes hard to avoid due to restaurants vegetarian options consisting of egg.

Thank you so much for doing research. There's so many studies out there. I think we all do acknowledge that vegetarians can be more health conscious with their diets which could account for them being healthier in general.

Regarding a vegan diet, that's debatable. It can be better than a ovo-laco vegetarian diet, it just takes a lot more planning. I stopped being vegan because I'm lazy. It's so much easier to just choose ovo-lacto options. Restaurants are the main reason. You have to cook a lot more if you want to be vegan AND healthy. If you want to be vegan and unhealthy that's pretty easy but limiting.
