My friend in INDIANA (of all places) was just pulled over driving with a suspended license. Cop found a quarter of weed on him..
Got his weed confiscated and a ticket for driving without a license.

Where I'm from in Florida he would have without a doubt got thrown in jail.

I've heard of that happening down here too, where my homeboy got pulled over, and they found a couple of his bowls and took 'em.  I don't remember if they had bud on them too or not, I think just like a half eighth or some shit.

Sucks, it just so happened to be when him and his roommate were riding around with like all of their pieces; they took his badass Pyrex elephant bowl where the tail was the carb, and you hit the trunk.

I dunno man, that shit's never happened to me, maybe the cops just knew he was just a little bitch, and he wasn't into anything serious anyways, but I swear, man, LET a cop down here find just my metal piece no me or some shit, there's on way I'd be getting away with that shit.

I've had to have a (now ex-)girlfriend hide a glass bowl in her cootch one time when we got pulled over, and I've taken it apart into two or three pieces and stuck it in my shoes.  Had some close calls lol, I recall one time getting pulled over, and I guess my homeboy ended up letting them search the car or some shit, so I'm standing out on the grass talking to cops and shit, FREAKING OUT because I couldn't fit my bowl all the way in my shoe in time and it was like half sticking out.  Lots of clever body positioning and a casual mindset/attitude got me through that one lmao.

Note:  I was like between 15 and 17 when all of this happened; I don't really like to carry shit on me when I leave my house anymore.

I only read the first post but I just wanted to say how much fucking FUN THAT SHIT WAS (minus the legal bullshit heehaw whatever) I'm really glad you came with us and I hope that you'll be coming with us next year.

Wanee had a sick lineup...but I always hear about the shitty things cops do at festies in FL (like you and blissedout) and prolly won't go to one ever...I hope that they move the wanee fest to a better place someday, but I doubt it...

Wow, I didn't even think of that.  I think you'd be better off with the sale of a counterfeit substance charge, than a possible sale of 2C-I charge, but it's up to you.  Like you said, you could very likely get the whole thing dropped entirely, but I think if you got that lesser charge, you probably wouldn't do any, or much, time anyway, right?

EDIT:  Oh, you already said that.  But I meant that if you got the lesser charge, you'd probably get probation, and the actual sale of a controlled substance might get you a couple months in county which is still not bad.

You're getting (or have) a lawyer?  A public defender will just try to get you a plea deal, like for the same charges sometimes.  A lawyer will try to get you lesser charges, like the counterfeit substance charge.  Fuck public pretenders.

EDIT:  Shit, a lawyer's gotten my brother out of all felonies before, got it dropped to like two misdemeanors.
