MEMBER FEEDBACK: Who to take an active role in the evolution of PS&P?

On account of the Darwinian exploits imposed by one Icelander upon running our most wonderful moderator Veritas into the bush toward his own personal gain, we come to all of you seeking nominations for a new moderator here in our Philosophy, Sociology & Psychology forum.

One needn't be a self-proclaimed expert in any of these fields (and indeed many may prefer that you are not!), but we do wish to see someone intelligent who is active in the forum, operating on an even keel with mild manners and respect for their fellow forum participants.  Someone who is able to put their personal feelings aside when dealing out discipline or otherwise maintaining the proper forum structure.

I open up the floor to nominations, self or otherwise.  To elaborate upon one's endorsement is encouraged, highlighting those specific behavioral characteristics that you believe would make this person a fine candidate to moderate here at the Shroomery.  We'll let this run for six days to six months, likely collapsing upon a decision at some time in between.  But rest assured my pathological if not prolific posters, we will exalt at least one virgin being of virtue true unto the throne of thankless responsibility that is the Shroomery moderator and your opinions will be weighed heavily in this decision!

I appreciate the sentiment, but I very much doubt I'd get the position, particularly given my rivalry with a certain moderator of another forum.

RGV = redgreenvines = male = good candidate for PS&P (imo)

I'm going to third my initial nomination of Silversoul though, as he's been making really great posts here as of late... very thorough and in-depth responses.

Another potential candidate could be Markos as he's been here forever and seems quite mature and diplomatic - and also full of wisdom. :sun:
