Obviously not true because I've been memorizing your pictures on the official PNW thread for the past week so I can try and find my own, even tho im having no luck...

Does anyone know how far outside the city cyans grow? I've been looking on trails and grasslands in and around the snoqualmie valley, do i need to actually drive into seattle to find them?

Look everywhere. If you dont find any, look closer.

So I am new to the PNW and I am trying to find cyans. I live in the portland area. I found some last year at the coast but I don't wanna go that far at this point. Anyone know if I look around here if I'll be finding any?

I finally hit the jackpot. A couple hundres cyans and about 20 Azies. Woohoo. Not to bad for my first cy find. Well I found some last year that were rotten so that didn't count. Found these in north western Oregon.

has anyone in washington been finding any azures? i think we need to start spreading spores around until they're just as common around here as cyans
